I dread going to my primary care physician because of this place. Not only have I waited for an entire hour to be seen for my scheduled appt . But I have been scheduled wrong twice now. I take off of work to make it to these appt and to be told that my appt isn’t until a month later is absolutely unacceptable. Whoever wrote my appt card wrote my appt an entire month earlier ? Nobody even acknowledges or takes accountability all they really do is brush it off like it is nothing to them.

My experience was amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Coston is phenomenal. I give them 10 out of 10 stars.

I initially liked my provider Hannaman on my first appointment, I felt like I was being listened to, but at my next appointments I did not. I honestly got more help from my endocrinologist in Albuquerque than I have from my Dr here. I expressed some mental health issues I had been having and was told I just needed to go out more. Unfortunately I will be looking for another doctor who takes mental and physical health seriously.

A little disappointed. I have been waiting for my results on test that where done about a month ago. No one ever called me to go over any results that I have gotten from assured imaging. Don't know how much longer I have to wait for her to call me and go over my results.

The only complaint I have is, I had my same Pcp for 4 years. When I became a paraplegic and went to f/u with my Dr., the name of the clinic had changed to Duke City Primary Care and had to establish care with a new Pcp. Now I have had my new Pcp for a lil more than a year and with no word at all he left. So I have a new Pcp now, but I have to say this time i'm not going to hold my breath. Received a lot of questions answered today on information about the pain I have on my left leg and the swelling and possibly a urinary tract infection and yeast infection have a prescription on on the infections and have a referral to see a specialist on my hip for my left leg and x-rays of referral for X-rays at a referral for orthopedic specialist to set up my appointments thank you.
