The Doctors who are unprofessional every day, who takes a patient life so carelessly when there is medical proof of CHRONIC SEVERE PAIN and you all Lie about a urine test just to get rid of that patient so you don’t have to help her with pain medications! What happened to your oath, “FIRST DO NO HARM”! Well what do you call it when you take a patient’s life into your hands and then help them with the tiny amount of pain medication and then you make that patient suffer even more every single day 24 hours a day, with No pain meds at all??? I use to think Duke City primary care was the best out of all, but not anymore because you are all just like the rest of them, in the medical field for the pay check not because you want to help patients with Chronic medical conditions that cause SEVERE PAIN???? Great place to get medical care. The doctors listens to you and address your concerns and questions. They treat you like you are important and not just a patient. They get things done. Great job!

Had a great experience with Doug Ludington. He listens to your complaints, thoughts, and ideas. He is great with my kids and makes everyone feel at ease. The other staff were efficient and friendly, as well.

This has been my Primary Care since moving to New Mexico. They do have walk-ins if needed. They also offer Video Appointments too. They also have an affordable option if you are without Insurance (used to be a $90 Visit) not sure what the current cost it, but it's so helpful if you end up in that predicament. The staff is friendly and the two Providers I have seen have thorough and give you their undivided attention. They are always very busy so if you have to wait understand that they don't hurry you, so you will get the same attention they are giving another. When we retire to the Mountains I know I will have them as I do now to be my Clinic to go to.

Had a 3:00 appointment with Allison. Sat in front lobby for an hour? Mention to desk, well I let her know. Taken to her room where I had a 40 minute appointment for 3 issues. Her “MA” came in, listen to my reason for visit. Well saw Allison for 3 minutes out of a forty minute visit. Left with no answers, did not listen! Rescheduled for 8:20 on Friday? Why? I need to kill 2 hours, In clinic with sick people! What a waste of time!! Allison is only there to showboat! Worthless! Waste of time! I pity everyone who has to go to this clinic!! Also she acted like she helped? Worthless, I wish I could of seen a doctor! No recommend this joke!
