As much as I've loved the care my kids and myself have received here over the past 11 years. We have reached a point of finding a new primary physician for us all. From month long waits to see our primary (or no option to do so at all and settling for different doctors each time) to not returning urgent nursing line calls - their care and treatment has declined in regards to our family and this is no longer a place we feel comfortable going for our needs.
