Billing is terrible. They turned me over to collections saying I didn't pay 3 months in a row. I provided proof I did with my bank statements so they took it back. 2 months later they turn me over to collections again for the same thing, I remind them what occurred before, so they took it back from collections again. This has been nothing but a headache. I've dealt with Fountain Point, Avera, and sunny meadow and not once have I ever encountered such issues like this. There are good doctors at Faith Regional, but this whole experience has me doing all medical issues with Avera. If they can't keep their billing right, what else is being messed up there?

You have the rudest nurses most childish unprofessional group in Nebraska congratulations!! My family physician was the best! Until last visit. For days in chat we discussed Nifedipine for my BP. I an a left hand ampute that drug is known to open the small capillaries. I have very little circulation from the nerves clamping down on the capillaries. I was prescribed amlodipine already with adverse reactions. So he ignored me and represcribed amlodipine. I asked for a increase on my gabapatin from 600 to 800 my script was 600 4 times a day he gave me 800 3 times a day . Do the math that's still 2400 now it's not spread out. I asked for a script for prosthetic work and was ignored. The next day I was called by his nurse and told the Amlodipine wasn't on a list that if it didn't work I could try something else. I ask why wasn't I prescribed something on the list. At that point she escalated an argument for 6.55 .minutes then told me she didn't appreciate how she was talked to. She's supposed to be a professional I'm in pain always and it effects you mentally also so should she escalate an argument or pass the call to the Doc? Every part of the visit was wrong.

Absolute rude nursing staff I brought my wife there because she was having seizures and all the nurses did was yell at her and tell her to stop essentially telling her she was crazy despite what they say there’s no compassion for people here a joke of a hospital

My son had an emergency hand injury during a baseball game. The ER nurse's and doctors were amazing but I will never seek care here again because of the billing department. I have private insurance and the way It was treated is unexplainable. The billing department and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They treat you like a number and not like a patient, parent, or human.

I went into the ER with acute appendicitis and was checked into a bed within 15 minutes. They scanned me to confirm appendicitis within 45 minutes and then called in a surgical team late on a Friday night to remove the appendix immediately as it was on the verge of rupturing. The surgery went well and although I did have to wait longer than I would've liked to get checked out of my room by the surgeon the next morning I have no complaints. They undoubtedly saved my life. The billing process was a bit slow, but the prices were reasonable. It was an overall great experience.

Wonderful, loving, caring and understanding nurses and doctors!!!❤️ Had two of my surgeries done there. Even though I live all the way in ida grove, Iowa(I was rushed there for emergency surgery). Had my gallstones removed and my gallbladder. Thank you! Saved my life! Recommend to everyone and anyone 💝

The sweetest lady’s ever got me in quick helped with me fast and got me my prescription right then and there and actually helped me find what was gonna help me this place is amazing 10/10 recommendation

We came here on a emergency surgery for my husband… never been here before … the whole staff was very friendly & very helpful… the surgeon explained everything how the surgery went… the whole staff took good care of my husband!!! A HUGE thank you to everyone!!!

Worst hospital I’ve been to. Nurses are terrible and doctors don’t listen, the care provided here is also terrible. If possible go to another hospital. There’s a reason why they mostly have 1 star.
