Being new to the area I was skeptical about bringing my 4 year old daughter to a Dentist I was not familiar with. I must say, Dr. Waite and her assistive staff were beyond FABULOUS! They treated my daughter with the utmost respect and professionalism, and did so while making her feel extremely comfortable and not afraid! My daughter had to have 3 teeth extracted after a terrible fall on the stairs yesterday. I am forever grateful! Thank you all so very much!!

All four kids have enjoyed coming here for 10 plus years. Three are adults now and still try to see Dr.Waite.

My Suggestion? Get rid of the billing lady who works there. She is rude rude rude! She is part of the face of your company. Her presence overpowers your nicer receptionist.

Just moved to the area and I decided to cancel appt. before my children started at the dentist. First off it was very difficult communicating with the front desk/receptionist as the person presents with a negative attitude. Then prior to the first appt. my son had a dental emergency and they were not able to find time to see him and expected me to wait until our appt which was over 2 months away for a medical emergency. Instead we drove over 2 hours to our previous provider who got us in same day and tended to the dental emergency. My previous pediatric dentist said that any good dentist will make time for dental emergencies or help you locate someone to help.. this place was combative when i requested help. And didn't care that I chose not to bring business to them.

I chose to cancel appt. before 1st appt. very poor communication at front desk who presents with attitude. was going to overlook that b/c everyone has a bad day. Then prior to 1st appt. my son had a dental emergency. Front desk was rude. We had to wait until appt. which was 2 months away for a dental emergency. We drove over 2hours to previous dentist who got us in same day & did emergency procedure. her advice-good dentist will fit you in for emergency or help find a dentist to do it.

My children were patients of Dr. Waite for three years. Under no circumstances will I return to the office again. Every visit I was overcharged and my insurance was not processed correctly. When I called the office to remedy the matter, I was treated rudely. At one point I was hung up on by the receptionist. My children cried every time the went to the dentist. We have moved to a different pediatric dentist and the experience is amazing. The service at Dr. Waite's office is unacceptable.
