Muy mala experiencia con las recepcionistas que hablan español, pedí información y no respondían, llame tres veces, la primera recepcionista contestó me pidió mi información básica y pensé que me ayudaría pero no lo hizo, fue muy pedante muy mal educada al contestar y solo se quedó con mi información y la llamada se corto, la segunda recepcionista cómo que no quería contestar y le expliqué que era la segunda vez que llamaba y que si podía ayudarme a dar información de resultados y me pasó a otra llamada y cuando contesto otra persona, esa persona hablaba inglés y pedí hablar con alguien que hablara español y me corto la llamada, eso fue muy grosero de su parte, muchos pacientes no hablan inglés, y por eso piden hablar con alguien que hablen español, pienso que deberían de contratar personas que estén capacitadas para atención al paciente, para poder responder amablemente y con paciencia.

This is the only clinic that I have ever been in who gives people reusable masks to wear. While I can appreciate the thought of not being wasteful, the masks are utterly doused in artificially fragranced laundry products. The scent is so strong that I can smell it even when I’m not wearing their mask. I am highly sensitive and allergic to synthetic fragrances. Today I had to run in to drop something off so I didn’t grab my own mask. They made me put one on and after having it on for less than 5 minutes my throat was closing up and I had the most massive headache. Even after washing off my face and rinsing my mouth I am still having symptoms. This isn’t safe. There are many people with sensitivities and having something with such an off putting STRONG fragrance up against your mouth and nose is so bad for you. I had been considering seeing having my son see someone in this clinic but I will simply not be able to. After todays reaction I don’t think I can ever step foot inside again. Please consider using a fragrance free soap on your masks, or at the very least have disposable masks available for those who may want them!!

Malpractice Warning: I received an IUD that was infected with Staph before getting implanted. Have tried numerous times to talk to a supervisor or legal. Just be careful with this dirty place. They do NOT take care of their patients and won’t contact you back.I was left with the possibility of not being able to have children and having to take hormones because of this place.

The female dentist that works at Midtown dental is absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure that my 5 year old son was comfortable. He is usually so scared to be at the dentist but not with her. I definitely recommend her for anyone with little kids. The Dental Assistances were wonderful as well. The receptionist could use Some work however, not very friendly. Pretty cold and pushy. Not personable at all.

Had to go here for a terrible tooth. I went here after aspen and the difference was so amazing. These dentists and techs are truly caring and make a hard procedure so much better. Thank you guys!

I mean the service was wonderful I was expecting something different but there was so friendly I went to my orientation first they greeted me amazing then I was called to go into the doctor's office with the nurse OMG the doctor was excellent he answered a lot of my questions and he really heard what I had to say

Very nice and helpful. There is lots of parking and it was very easy to find. Best of all you are allowed to take your emotional support animal here with you, which really meant a lot to me.
