He is very arrogant. I can see why he moves so often. He thinks no other Doctor knows anything.

Glad he is gone!! What a jerk!!

I 100% understand why this guy moved out of state, terrible bedside manner, even worse follow up, messed me up bad enough that I tried to get an attorney. Malpractice and misdiagnoses I found out is not a profitable suite because it's so hard to prove. Could not use my legs for over 3 months after the "procedure" and when I called to explain I can't walk now was told that's not their field. So had to learn to walk again and still in horrendous pain. This guy destroyed my life

Dr. Prince and his staff are a nightmare. My 84 year old grandmother was his patient for years for pain management. She transferred care to a physician closer to home and was not happy with the care she received, so she scheduled an appointment with Dr. Prince again. They called to confirm the appointment. When she arrived -- after 1.5 hr ride in the car -- he REFUSED to see her, saying she signed something saying she'd never come back if she got a new Dr. And then they hid from her. Jerks.

I tried physical therapy for my back, which didn't help. I have arthritis in my back. I didn't want to be on pain meds anymore. They didn't seem to be helping anymore! Dr Prince explained how he could help me slowly decrease them so I could have him burn the nerves in my back. I was finally able to get had what's called radio frequency ablation 2 months ago. World of difference for me! I wish I had known about that 2 years earlier to help my pain.

He is moving again .... this time out of state per office staff.

I'm rating Dr.Prince as a 5. I came to him with the intention of getting off of medication which he made as painless as possible. He gave me options and I am getting ready to have surgery. I've only experienced a pleasant demeanor with him, and his education and experience is impressive. I have full confidence in his abilities. Dr.Prince has the attitude of a leader, which I also share and understand and appreciate.

I am a chronic severe pain patient. Dr.Prince is a very caring and compassionate person. Meets you where you are on your progress. I am a new patient and have been very pleased with the caring service. Has sent me to a very kind Physical Therapist Tammy. Now I will be receiving pain shots. Praying for a miracle of relief. Office staff are kind and understanding and helps you with your paper. First class care??????????

I've been in pain for 8 years and on narcotics for 6. I got off the narcotics and came to Dr. Prince. He is fabulous! He burnt the nerves in my back and my pain is gone. Thank You Dr. Prince and your staff. You all ROCK!!!!!!

I had 4 appointments now & feel comfortable giving a thorough & honest review. I had concerns at the 1st visit when he interrupted me & would not listen to what I was saying. I had to explain the problem in my back 5 times because he kept interrupting, making assumptions and I would have to start again. I finally chose to have a procedure and it was a nightmare. He didn't numb one side and yelled at me when I showed signs of being in pain. He then stormed off answering 0 questions. Egotistical
