Hi 1st cousin once removed! My dad was just visiting your mom and dad recently and they were doing well. I'm being a ancestry nerd at the moment and looking at family from afar, it's great to see that you're doing well too. A picture of home.
One of the best doctor I ever seen so nice freindly helpful and he cares about his patience
Dr.Hartzell is a frikkin beast! He did my carpal tunnel surgery in only 6 minutes! Its only the second day and im pain free without ANY meds . His staff is very well trained and their very nice i would. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Hartzell is as good as it gets. My hand was literally in pieces and now functions fine. He is a straight shooter and an incredible talent. He is nationally renowned and the medical community holds him in high regard. We are lucky to have him in Nebraska.
A friend had suggested I go to Norfolk to see the hand surgeon there. I had a carpal tunnel release on both hands and my experience with Dr. Hartzell and his office was wonderful. He instantly knew what I had and offered me options. I ended up having a carpal tunnel release and wish I would have done it years ago but I was too nervous. I recommend Dr. Hartzell to everyone now!
My daughter suffered a complex broken elbow. We were very worried as the blood was not getting to her arm but our emergency room told us that going to Dr. Hartzell was where we needed to be. He calmly met us in the emergency room, reassured us, and went to the operating room. Everything went perfectly and my daughter now has a perfect arm with no evidence of what could have been. We will always be very grateful he chose to come to Nebraska.
This was the third physician I had seen after I suffered severe trauma in my wrist. The bones had not healed and I had no motion in my fingers. With therapy and an operation I have made almost a complete recovery. I am very grateful and have my hand and job back.
While in one of the visits, they told me that I was told (by them) about a condition that I have. I told told them that I did not know and I got blown off. I figured they were busy so I continued to go through a scheduled surgery that I had scheduled through him. I had/have carpel tunnel issues with my right wrist. I had the surgery, I was not given a brace or sling, (told I don't need them) was not put on any kind of medication, (besides ibuprophen/aleve) and was told to start exercises the same day. I had the surgery in January and the pain is worse than before I had surgery, and is almost constant now. I did have a single follow up appointment, (only to remove stitches) and was told he was to busy to see me by one of his assistants. (it was a scheduled appointment...) Then when I said I needed to see him, he came in rushed and when I mentioned that the pain was worstened, I was blown off. He is young so I hope he matures into a better doctor soon. Until then, I will not go back.
Dr Hartzell and his staff are some of the most amazing people I have ever dealt with! I had 3 procedures done at once (trigger release, carpal release and cubital release) and a month later, I am back to absolutely no pain or problems. Just tonight, he performed emergency surgery on my mother-in-law's finger. I will recommend him to anyone that needs anything done on their upper extremities
Treated me with respect and kindness. They have a very efficient office as patients from all over come in to be seen by Dr. Hartzell yet I felt everything was done in a controlled and professional matter. I could not be happier.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
