Dr Short was very easy to talk to and knew exactly what I needed. She is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease the minute she walked in. would highly recommend her.

Was the first doctor, after seeing many others, that listened to me and help come up with a treatment plan. She helped me figure out I had food sensitivities and was so understanding with the challenge of cutting foods from a diet. She was exactly what I needed. I still had to have a hysterectomy but she has changed my life and helped me to realize that what I eat plays a major roll in my health , while being understanding how hard that is. I am forever grateful!

Dr. Short made me feel comfortable and at ease. She does not rush and does a good job at making sure I am taken care of.

I have PCOS and want a baby. She is smart, very polite. I wish she remembered her patients when it's just follow-ups after 3-4 months. I feel like I have to explain why I am there and all my medicines every time I see her :-(

Our daughter, Alyssa, has suffered extreme fatigue, brain fog, gastro problems and a host of other physical ailments all of her teen years. At 24 now, we were exhausted from visiting so many doctors trying to find an answer to her health problems. A compounding pharmacist told us to find a doctor who specializes in functional medicine and directed us to Dr. Short. According to our daughter, her first visit went pleasantly well as Dr. Short spent a considerable amount of time with her to understand the full scope of her health issues, more than any other previous doctor had been willing to do. Our daughter had expensive blood work done revealing thyroid antibodies and candida and was eventually sent off for a colonoscopy which revealed inflammation in the intestine and possible colitis. However, on her follow up appt, my daughter was hoping to be met with a doctor with a plan of attack but was instead met with a doctor who had seemingly forgot about my daughter's issues and did not really offer any plan on how to proceed from here instead leaving her with just a few suggestions. Our daughter is doing worse and I am left with continuing my research online to help her rather than go again through the trouble and expense of finding someone who can tell us what's wrong with her. I'm sure Dr. Short is a great physician and that the majority of her patients love her. But in this instance, our daughter, due possibly to the complexity of her problems, has yet again fallen through the proverbial cracks of the system.

After suffering over 25 years with my condition, Dr. Short was the only physician to diagnose me and treat the causes, not the symptoms. She will spend all the time you need addressing your issues. I am so thrilled I travel 5 hours round trip to my appointments.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had in seeing a gynecologist. Finally, for those of us out of the reproductive phase, a doctor that focuses on gynecology. I was impressed with her knowledge and treatment protocol for my condition. She did not rush through the appointment, answered all my questions and gave a good exam. Although the wait time was about 15 minutes, the time was spent in a very relaxing comfortable lounge.

Dr. Short always treated me and my family with love and respect. She goes above and beyond the call of duty as she truly cares for your well being. She always takes the time to listen to all your concerns and will do what is best for you. Also, I would like to mention she is the most gentle doctor I have ever had. Other female doctors can be a bit rough in the "girlie areas", but she never was! I can honestly say she is the most loving and caring doctor a person could ever want. My family and I look up to Dr.Short in more ways than one. Keep up the great work Dr.Short! Congrats on your new office!
