My mom has complained about Dr. Sherpa for a while. I came from Los Angeles to see if she is as bad as she said. Well the visit was worse than I could ever imagine! Not only was she not addressing my mothers health issues, she was very rude and unprofessional. I wish you could have heard the things she was saying! After arguing with the two of us and contradicting herself as well as saying the other doctor she “referred” my mom to didn’t know what he was talking about. She left the room to walk into another and start complaining about us! Like I said very unprofessional!

I believe Dr. Sherpa is a very competent physician but I have had extreme difficulty with the office staff! They do not seem to know how to submit a referral to my insurance company in a timely manner. I have been waiting for an MRI referral to look into what is happening with a swollen knee for over six weeks. It also took them this long to refer me to a specialist who is now booked out over six weeks. The knee is not healing itself! I rated this office very highly when I first started going, seven months ago. No longer!
