Dr. William Shear has been my dr for the last several years, treating me for severe hiatal hernia. He advised me to have a laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication procedure and after having this surgery I now have no symptoms or pain at all eating, swallowing, nor any reflux. He is very kind, personable, caring and especially knowledgeable about gastronomic problems; and alway took plenty of time to explain any problem I was having.

Dr Shear is always prepared for the appointment - he has read the charts & information prior to coming in and discussing. After colonoscopy, he concisely explained the situation & options. Since he has experienced similar medical issues, he has personal insight & empathy.
