This building is not handicap accessible. The halls and doorways are extremely narrow, so pushing wheel chair is very difficult, and run ins with the wall are inevitable. The equipment is not set up for someone in a wheel chair, the person MUST be transferred to one of their exam chairs to even do a vision test. Doctor seemed rushed and not interested in discussing treatment or options.

I have been with Dr. Ann for 11 years. When I was young I started with her father and after moving back to Omaha continued the same dedicated care. I have moved away again but want to stay with Dr. Ann.

Dr Fitzpatrick is an excellent physician. She did my eye surgery and I have excellent results. While on vacation, I had an accident and was seen by a very well know ophthalmologist who said the surgery performed by Dr Fitzpatrick was one the best he had ever seen. She is not only outstanding in her field but also very caring and concerned about her patient's well fare.

Dr. Anne is top notch, just like her Father. I would not want to trust my eyes to any other Doctor. She is knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and friendly.

I went in for an eye exam and they told me had I had a 2.5 astigmatism, was near sighted (1.75) and needed readers (2.75). (I had never worn glasses). Lens crafters was skeptical that I could go from no glasses to such a strong prescription. A week later, when my glasses were still blurry and they retested my eyes, the dr. said I only needed readers. Even the nurse was stunned and said she had never seen anything like it in 20 years. Lens crafters also said it was a complete debacle and they said they had never seen such a gross error by an eye doctor in years. They have refused to refund the cost of my glasses ($540), stating Lens Crafters should give me my money back. I am at a complete loss about any additional recourse--and think it is wrong for Lens Crafters to have to pay for glasses that the doctor prescribed unnecessarily.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is trustworthy, smart, kind, and hardworking. Sometimes hard to get appointment, but many people are booked. It is only because her patients love her and she is #1!! 11/10 recommend!!!
