Love her. the office is well organized and they are thorough. Dr. Drake has removed multiple spots from me and followed up on suspicious cancerous spots with great care.

Whomever rated dr drake less than a 4 needs their head checked. She is prompt, has a great staff & other than the fact that treating warts causes pain, I can find no fault in the care I receive under her supervision.

I've been coming here for 2 years now and while Dr. Drake is nice I'm constantly running into issues with them such as my prescription forgot to get filled and since it has to be shipped to me when they forget something it takes weeks to fix and then I miss my medication, we sent over a fax 10 days ago and still no response. You would think they would be better at this but they aren't & if it wasn't such a pain to switch offices with my medication I would of done it after the first time I walked into this place because I've been having issues since day 1

Dr. Drake is extremely knowledgeable in skin conditions having to do with skin cancer. She takes time to explain your diagnosis, proper treatment, and outcomes. I would highly recommend her as a Family Oriented Dermatologist.

I feel Dr. Drake is distracted and possibly has too much on her plate to give her patients the time and attention they need. With each visit, she spends less and less time in the room and doesn't appear to be listening. She shows a lack of detail and connection to prior visits.

She did not even stay in my room with my for more then 2 mins and didn’t even solve my issue. Just added to it with a $200 bill. What happened to treating a customer as a human and not a typical textbook case with a number?

My son is a patient of Dr. Drake. With his treatment we had to go into the office once a month. Front office staff was always very pleasant, had chart ready and we never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Drake and her nurse/ma were also always pleasant and kind to both my son and me. Treatment was very effective and it was nice to see that Dr. Drake seemed happy for my son that his skin was clearing and he was feeling better. I will continue to use Dr. Drake's office for our derm needs.

I am new to Omaha, and with my history of melanoma my neighbor recommended Dr. Drake. I found the staff courteous and professional. Dr. Drake was attentive, she conducted a thorough exam, and communicated very well. She answered my questions very well, and was probably one of the most courteous and thorough doctors I've seen. I left confident in the exam and Dr. Drakes abilities. I would definitely recommend her.

Not impressed at all with her bedside manner. I don’t believe she listened to a word I said. I am a RN and clearly have an infected foot. Instructed me to use OTC ointment and purchase a toe spacer off Amazon. Seriously..the only reason for scheduling appointment high is was able to get in to her because no one else would schedule. I will NOT be returning to this health “professional”.

Dr Ashley Drake is excellent. I have had skin cancer several times that was cut away by other dermatologists, but Dr Drake's active care has given me a much better outlook. I have been her patient for three years without a recurrence. Delighted with the treatment and her concern for my well being. Thank you doctor!
