I chose this place for its location close to my work and home, but I love it because the people are fun and friendly and the atmosphere is open and relaxing. The location is in the strip mall near JAMS on 78th and Dodge, so traffic is annoying, but there is almost always parking right in from of the building or a very short walk away (15-20 steps?). The front desk staff are sometimes out and so if there is a wait and no one there, it's easy to stick your head around the corner and one of the therapists will see what you need. Staff are the best - very friendly, very well trained, good at explaining things if you ask, careful to make sure you get the help you need without pushing you too far. Andi like that they have some different exercises that feel more like games for some things (I had an ankle injury). I enjoyed going to PT and always felt it was worthwhile. When I overworked my not-yet-healed ankle and it swelled significantly, they did additional therapy to help reduce the swelling more quickly so we could move back to progressing instead of waiting a week or two and slowing everything down. I appreciated the medical care they provided, the down-to-earth atmosphere and the welcoming staff. I notice A LOT of repeat customers coming back and I'm not surprised - this is my choice of PT locations now too.

First of all as many have said Jen (who runs front desk) is great! she is good at her job. I'm in health care so from my first visit I got the impression that the therapist work well as a team, when needed. that's always a good indication that they are happy and love what they do. help people. ALEX is scary smart! he KNOWS what he is doing and understands human anatomy and physiology. THAT is what I need from a therapist. im regularly impressed by his knowledge of what is going on with my pain, progress, and what to do for me. most importantly (to me) is the time he has taken to break it down and actually explain my pain to me. I have never worked with such a knowledgeable therapist before. I am not an easy customer. I need answers!!! to me, Alex exemplifies what it is to be an asset to my getting better!!! thanks Alex!!! and the rest of the team that have helped me to beleive that PT can help/work for me to get better.
