List of Bret A. Hays's Reviews
He was arrogant and condescending. Would never recommend Hays to anyone. Got a second opinion on my health condition and his “medical expertise” was faulty.
One of the best decisions I’ve ever made, was scheduling my first visit with Dr. Hays! He has helped to improve my quality of life, more and more, with every appointment.
Nice enough doctor. Impossible to see. You'll really get to know reception well and his nurse. I think it's just the state of our medical care these days. Better just head to the ER and UrgentCare if you want to be seen by someone.
He allows me to have all the input I desire in my health care choices. I truly enjoy my visits with him. He is amazingly kind and compassionate.
Dr. Hays is always very knowledgable and helpful when I see him. He asks me multiple questions about symptoms I may be having to prescribe medicine to best help me heal. He always follows up afterwards to make sure everything is going well. Thank you Dr. Hays!
Stay away! Extends your visit with unnecessary small talk to increase your visit level and orders last minute tests as he is leaving the room without regard or sufficient explanation. Watch your well visits and you better be well or you'll end up with an astronomical charges for services that could have been included in a yearly physical. This has also happened to others I know.
I feel that I was heard and the information I offered for my diagnosis was respected and considered. I felt I was a partner in my care.
Kind and compassionate. Listens and gives explanations as needed.
Balances care and information with kindness and caring.
Kind and considerate. Took the time I needed to express my needs and answer my questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
