Great experience with my first Mammogram! They were all kind and understanding!

The nurses and Dr. in the ER were all very helpful and great! I am always uneasy to go to ER and had to go alone and felt horrible but they made my experience the best it could be.at the ER. Thankful to have good nurses there and a Dr. that shows concern and care. Good bedside manner + Smart healthcare team= Happy Patient!

I got treated very well the only issue I saw was it took forever to get in but they were really busy that save that day. Once I got in the doctor didn't take long to see me. I felt very comfortable there they're and they make sure to take kit kid care of me.. Every time I've been to that emergency room the last the last time the doctor was awesome and so were the nurses so I the nurses so I've never had a bad experience going to Emmanuel hospital.

I was recently seen at CHI Immanuel Hospital for a diagnostic test. I had an excellent experience. All the staff, from the receptionist inside the main entrance to the staff at the check in desk, to the radiology tech and radiologist, were all professional and friendly. I had next to no wait time. The radiology tech was calling me back at the same time the check in staff was finishing getting me signed in. They explained everything to me so I knew what to expect even though I told them I am a nurse and already knew. Then after the test I was told what the findings were and those results were posted to the MyChart program in under 24hrs. I would definitely recommend CHI Immanuel Hospital.

I couldn’t have asked for a more caring, nurturing, skilled surgical care team to have provided me the best total hip replacement. I would recommend Dr Casey Beran, his team and CHI Immanuel Hospital to any person requiring joint replacement.

I came into the emergency department after having chest pain for over an hour. My information was taken quickly by the receptionist and I was taking directly back and evaluated by a nurse. I had to wait five or 10 minutes for a bed to become available but the triage continued despite that. All the standard chest pain and heart protocols were followed quickly. All the staff was friendly and efficient. I was treated with dignity and respect and it was soon determined that I was not having any kind of cardiac problem. I spoke with the doctor and was released to go home after about 2 and 1/2 hours. Overall it was an efficient and not unpleasant experience at all. Ann B. Bushman

I broke my leg from a fall and had to be rushed to the emergency room. Everyone who was involved with my care and treatment was compassionate and empathetic.

Went to another health care system until my doctor of twenty years retired Dec of 21. I have to say since I chose a doctor close to home which happens to be CHI Health care, I am ver happy and satisfied with care I have received. I feel CHI cares about patients and make you feel well cared for. Except for my previous doctor, I didn't feel this well cared for in my previous health care system. CHI really listens and treats me as a partner in my health care

Went to the ER for abdominal pain and was seen fairly quickly compared to other ER’s that I’ve been to for similar situations pre-COVID. I could tell that the staff was doing the best they could, and they were super kind to me the whole process. Cynthia that took me to the OR, Shelby that took care of me before moving me to my post-op room, and Sylvie that checked on me after my surgery were all amazing! And there were at least four other nurses that were kind to me but that I was too in pain to remember their names. The doctors were informative and the surgery went great. As a woman, often our abdominal pain is dismissed, but the staff at Immanuel trusted how much pain I was in and took my situation seriously. I’m so grateful for that.
