Desouza seems ok but his office help, especially those in Council Bluffs are rude, unfriendly, and extremely unprofessional. Patient scheduling is a joke. Appointment times are a guess and are always one half hour or more behind.

Dr DeSouza is awesome. His staff is super friendly and very patient with you. You can tell they care about you as a person and answer all questions that you may have. I definitely recommend him!

When I had low oxygen in the hospital he told me I was faking, when I was having constant back pain he ignored my concerns which turned out the stent was in the wrong place, and last week when I told him I think I have an infection, he once again ignored me and it turned out to be a staph infection. He also filleted me like a fish .

I highly recommend this doctor. He did a superb job on my surgery, in assistance to Dr Kean and a related problem. He listened carefully to my symptoms, and was willing to step outside the box and do a surgery in my groin area that vastly relieved my symptoms, and my pain. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
