I’ve been told 3 different times that I would be reached out to about my appointment cancelation issues and Ally lending related issues and nobody has contacted me or reached out to me. This company is out to get your money and have shown over and over again that assisting customers and following through with tasks are not their priority.

All the ladies are extremely nice friendly and professional. I feel perfectly safe during my visits because it’s very clean. I would highly recommend this place to any friend or family member. I always leave feeling more confident about myself.

Laser hair removal is NOT a fun experience but WOW are the results worth it What’s more Mandy at Omaha’s Ideal Image is so careful skilled and warm that she has me laughing DURING treatments at some of her funny stories. She definitely knows what she’s doing minimizing the discomfort and accommodating my concerns. I always request her for my appointments because I know I’ll be in great hands.

I was told my laser hair removal appt was covered under my original plan when I scheduled my appt just to show up and be told I have to pay because it was outside of my plan.

The consultant when above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and wanted. Instead of paying for each hair removal separately she offered the bundle of the hair removal areas that I wanted. All this is before my first appointment which they were able to get me in the next week instead of having to wait weeks or months I am excited for my first appointment
