Mr Quinn did Malpractice on me 1999 put a pain patch on me. Treated me like a lab rabbit. This malpractice was done on me 21 years ago. If it had been for my last daughter I wouldn't have find out probably would have died. No attorney or doctor would take this case. he's rich and work in regency no attorney wanted to help me. But the Good Lord seen me through. I forgive him and know the good Lord will handle him. I believe he's secretly racist.
I went to the ER with extreme lower body pain and extreme shortness of breath. I advised Dr Quinn that I had a history of blood clots. He did blood tests that showed I had a clot (normal is .5 and mine was 20 - 40x more than normal). The blood tests also showed high for congestive heart failure. After the tests for the clot, he did a scan on my legs and lungs to determine no DVT in those areas. I advised I had an IVC filter, which he said they would confirm placement was correct. When he diagnosed me, he stated I had some swelling behind my knees but no clots. When I asked about the blood tests it was "well sometimes those are off". I also asked about the IVC filter placement after the tests and he stated "oh we didn't see it on the scan" - even though he stated he would confirm the placement. When I presented, I feel that he had already assessed me with dehydration and over exertion, for some reason. He also made the comment that "sometimes when we exert ourselves, we get shortness of breath" - which was an absolutely ridiculous comment to make with the blood test showing possible congestive heart failure and nothing to support that I over exerted myself. He sent me home to follow up with a family physician in 3-5 days. I went home in pain and barely able to breathe. The next day, going to another ER, they did a scan lower to view the IVC filter and did an EKG. There was a LARGE clot in the IVC filter and the swelling and pain in my legs was excessive; I could barely walk or breathe from lack of blood flow to my heart & upper body. Dr Quinn had reason to do more testing based on labs alone and dismissed my complaints of having pain from "over exertion" despite me telling him I've done nothing that would support that. I was immediately admitted at the other ER, had to have surgery to remove the clot and spent the next 3 days in the hospital. Had I take Dr Quinn's advice, I would have likely been dead in 3 days. He had reasons supported by lab results - not just my statements - to do his job to continue to try to find the clot, especially when I advised him I had a filter and excessive pain in my lower extermities. He dismissed my complaints but they were more than happy/aggressive about ensuring they got my $150 copay and sending me on my way. The care I received was beyond subpar.
Terrible bedside manner and completely rude. Seemed as he really didnt care. My main complaint of the day was brushed off and never received an answer for.
I wish I could give him zero stars. I went in for an infected wisdom tooth because it's a Sunday and my dentist is closed (it's memorial weekend). I have an appointment set up with an oral surgeon already but I woke up with the left side of my face extremely swollen & in intense pain. I understand he's not a dentist so not much he could do but he offered to numb my tooth. He had to do multiple shots because he couldn't do it correctly. It irritated my tooth even more. He said it would stay numb for 6-8 hours, my cheek (not tooth) was numb for maybe 10 minutes. He left the bright lights they use to look into your mouth in my face & eyes even after he was done. The nurse was even like "what is he doing?" He had very poor bedside manner and acted like he was on downers. Eyes very low, talking slow & not able to remember what I said multiple times. He said something along the lines of "this will happen if you don't schedule an appt with your dentist & take care of the problem" AFTER I had told him I was just waiting for my appt which I have made already. With an infected wisdom tooth, waiting until after the memorial weekend to see someone is just too painful. He had me leave in terrible discomfort (I was in tears) and really had no sympathy for my situation. I thankfully found an emergency dentist open who numbed me up correctly. I DO NOT recommend Dr James Quinn & I'll definitely never go to him again. Idk how he's even a doctor tbh. Very unprofessional
If I could give zero stars I would.I have unfortunately seen Dr Quinn 3 times now. Twice for my husband in the ER, and once myself today.I had an ectopic Pregnancy and was treated with Methotrexate this morning. I was told to go to SR this afternoon because I had severe upper back pain and was light headed.Dr Quinn was slow. Made me wait over an hour for ultrasound results to tell me nothing ruptured. He told me to return if I had severe pain, was light headed and felt feverish. I reminded him that’s why I came in, and he said “Well your pain wasn’t that bad. I could push on your stomach.”This man has zero bedside manner and zero sense of urgency in the ER. I will refuse to see him again and go to a different ER if necessary.

Staff was rude about a 9 am Dr. Appointment for blood work. Dr Quinn wanted to put me on some medication. Said he would call the script in and hung up without asking me where I wanted to fill my prescription.
Terrible bedside manner. Seems he is burned out with practicing medicine. Complete jerk.
Misdiagnosed ovarian and uterine trouble for yeast infection. Insisted I had a yeast infection and STD. I beg your pardon jerk I've been happily married for 20 years and neither one of us have symptoms if an STD. My pain was real and yet you wanted to send me home. Well I spent 5 days in the hospital and ended up having a hysterectomy. The endometrial adhesions that had attached to my bowel is what was causing my terrible pain. Terrible bedside manner and should NOT be working an ER!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
