I've been to Dr Jason Papenfuss and also with his Father. I called today as I needed a growth removed. Can't get an appointment until Oct. I guess they don't want my business anymore.

I have gone to Dr. Jason Papenfuss for years and to his Dad as well. Dr. Papenfuss is an excellent Dr but I will never return due to his staff. Very unprofessional and should b trained on how to have good customer service. I had made an appointment over 2 months ago which I had paid my bill off so I could make an appointment. They call me 2 days before my appointment and tell me I have to give them 125.00 up front in order to see him. So I have been waiting 2 months to see him and nothing was said that I would have to pay 125.00 up front to see him til 2 days before my appointment. This is so wrong and the worker Ronna who first called me was very unprofessional then I asked to talk to her manager Colleen McCoy was even worse. They definitely need to b retrained. I'm sorry Dr. Papenfuss I will never recommend your service anymore to anyone and I will share my story with others how your staff is so poorly trained in their job and customer service.

Dr. Jason Papenfuss is very caring, knowledgeable, and witty! One feels comfortable in his presence! I have had several growths removed and no errors! I have passed his name on to my family and friends! Thank you, Dr. Papenfuss, for such great care!

We first went to Jason 3 yrs ago. Its a 120 mile drive, one way, but wouldn't care if it were 300. He is thorough and explains everything. He also has that beside manner that is so important. We recommend him highly.

Dr Jason Papenfuss is a great doctor...I have had Psoriasis for 15 years...before Jason..I used to go to his dad..he retired and I started going to his son...Dr Papenfuss will keep trying and trying for you until something works..he's a very kind and caring doctor..and I wouldn't chose any other dermatologist other than Dr Jason Papenfuss because he makes me comfortable and he finally found a med that works great for my Psoriasis so I'm very pleased! Thank you Dr Papenfuss!
