I met Dr Puente in 2019, and I still think back to how horrible our appointment went. As a deeply depressed person possibly going through a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis he had the nerve to ask me “how do you know you’re depressed?”. So in tears I told him “when you never wanna wake up again, you have an idea”. Thankfully I was sent to a different doctor by my primary, there are better neuros in the Omaha area. I wish you the best!

I have chronic migraine which he has treated very effectively. I also have MS that he has been very conscientious with respecting my opinions. He travels to several different cities for his patients convenience.

I have been seeing Dr. Puente for years and he has always been great. He explains everything and answers all of my questions. One of my favorite doctors.

He is a wonderful neurogist and takes his time in helping me out. All of his staff are very focused and do what needs to be done for their patients. I have been seeing him for over three years. Never disappointed with him. I have MS since 2015, seen many neurogists in that time, and I am happy to say he is the best!

He doesn't care and shuffles through patterns like an assembly line. His receptionists have talked down to me, argued with me and hung up on me. He prescribed me a medication that made me feel drunk and they refused to change it.

Absolutely the most arrogant, rude, patronizing jerk I have ever met. I was disregarded and repeatedly spoken down to, even after stating I have a PhD. Complete waste of my time.

Dr Puente is one of the best Drs I have ever had or even heard of. He is really easy to talk to and to understand. He is super accessible. He really cares about his patients. I have been battling migraines since I was a teenager. He worked with me until we found something that really helps me and that was not an easy task! We had to try a lot of different medications and treatments. He is patient and really just a kind human being.

Dr Puente is very informative and really took treating my daughter serious due to her young age. I feel very secure with her in his care. He is definitely an MS expert

I was having a horrible ms attack i couldnt feel anything below my armpits and couldnt walk and called to make an apointment asap i was told we can get you in in two months..!!...horrible he did nothing for me at all.. Ive gotten worse since ive went to him..he doesnt care about his patience at all
