The staff and doctor were very nice and helpful. They were great with my kids and helped them pick out glasses after their appt. Cheryl has helped us the last 2 years and has been amazing!

I had a terrible experience here. I was so uncomfortable the whole appointment. I went for an eye exam and this was my first time at this eye clinic. They dilated and put dye in my eyes and the girl didn’t wash her hands or even put on gloves to touch my eyelids and face even though she had just used the computer and keyboard. She simply grabbed a Kleenex and used that to try to pull my eyelid down. That was so gross. The eye doctor didn’t sanitize his hands either after he came in. I don’t know what is going on there, but their hygiene protocols made me feel unsafe and disgusted. They also tried to rush my exam but I made sure I didn’t leave until my new prescription felt right. They also didn’t bill my insurance correctly or charge me correctly. When I called to make my appointment I told them I only wanted contacts because my insurance only covers one or the other, glasses or contacts. They did two different exams and then charged me for the contacts exam because insurance didn’t cover. Well duh, but now it was too late because they had already done the exams. Overall, not the best experience. I’ve had better experiences at Walmart Vision Center.

I found everyone friendly and knowledgeable. They were especially helpful with picking out new frames as the selection is great and can be overwhelming to find what you like. Dr Willis is great, takes his time and explains what he is doing and answers questions.
