if you want to use a hospice company that will speed the death of your loved one, St. Croix Hospice is the place to go.1. poor communication2. questionable billing ethics3. poor integration with care facility4. improper management of pharmaceuticals5. unauthorized change/hidden change of medication6. no consistency of staff7. belligerent and arrogant staff8. no real attention by hospice doctor9. etc. etc. etc - i had to fire them

St. Croix Hospice is amazing. They provide outstanding hospice care. Their team is caring, compassionate, and very sweet. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing hospice services.

they do not care about the family at all! we called nurses numerous times to help with things we couldn’t do on our own and they complained about having to be there and sometimes didn’t even show up at all!!! they make being a care giver 10x more difficult than it already is.

My father received miniscule care at best. My mother had one respite visit for one hour while she went to her Dr appt for which the aid left my dad alone in a confused state, which should be illegal. When called, someone would maybe show up 90 minutes later. Only his last few days was someone there daily. He passed away with me and my mother here and the nurse showed up over an hour later after getting called before he passed. I wouldn't recommend these people to take care of anyone you care for. A few days after he passed they left a voice-mail on my moms phone for wrong pt. Pathetic.

The care and compassionate care was exceptional. Thanks to the staff my wife’s final days were easier for her. Thanks so much for being there to help us.

We only had a couple of days, but overall they were great. The only thing I wish is they had an on-call chaplain. We were told one would come on Thursday and he didn’t. We called that evening to see if we could have someone come out. We were told there is no on-call and they said he would come the next day. She passed that night. This was the only thing I wish was different.

There is no way to thank all the people who worked with us at St Croix. My mom had excellent care the time she was in hospice. We had a wonderful team that came the first day. They took great care of not only my mom but my family. Andrea the paster was amazing and my mom loved having her visit. A beautiful music therapist that my mom only got to see once but it helped her relax so much. Paris her bath aid who was very helpful to me. Emily her massage therapist who was so gentle and mom thought she was getting spoiled, but loved it. Our true hero was Erin our nurse. I thank God everyday for letting her walk in through the door of my moms home that day. She was a gift from God and my mom loved her. I was forever grateful she was there the morning my mom passed. She was loving, caring, respectful and so much more. Thank you to all the staff at St Croix Hospice that were involved in caring for our mom and continue to care for us through the bereavement program that this wonderful company offers.
