I was referred to Dr. Segura by an ENT after numerous sinus infections that didn’t make sense. He was very thorough, took his time explaining everything to me and answering questions. After just a couple visits he had diagnosed what no one else has been able to explain or diagnose for years now! I wasn’t exactly the news that I was hoping for but I have so much gratitude to just know what is wrong with me and know what we have to do going forward for me to stay well. I actually had gotten a second opinion because I really didn’t want to believe it, and the second specialist had a differing opinion. So I took it back to Dr. Segura and he professionally and intelligently broke down piece by piece what my diagnosis is and why I absolutely have it and why he stood behind his diagnosis. While he was explaining all of this information to me and my husband we knew right then and there that this is the man we’re sticking with for my care. He is wicked smart, very professional, humble and genuine. He has helped me navigate my fear and trust his care. He even called me while he was out of town at another clinic one day because I was freaking out about some of my test results. He walked me through it helped calm my fears and everything was OK. I truly appreciate him taking the time to do that he did not have to do that and a lot of doctors won’t do that, they’ll wait and call you when they get back to the office. And the best part is I have not been sick at all since I’ve started treatments. I have had some side effects from the medication so he’s working with me on a different approach so that I can continue to stay well but not have the side effects hopefully🙏🏼 I would recommend this doctor to anyone, he’s the one of the best! And his nurse Lori is amazing as well.

It seemed he made up his mind before he entered the room and talked to me what he would diagnose. He didn’t listen to the symptoms I was telling him was present and not present. At the end he gave me a diagnosis based on symptoms that weren’t even present. When I told him that he just looked at me and went into a long, awkward spiel about breathing and claimed I must have been bouncing my shoulders while trying to breathe during what he claims was not an asthma attack. I most certainly was not breathing like that, as I’ve been taught to try to breath from low in the diaphragm due to asthma. Finally I realized he wasn’t going to listen or change his mind despite me explaining that his information was wrong. What a complete waste of time. I usually see a different doctor there and I’ll be seeing that doctor again no matter how long I have to wait. Dr. Segura was soft spoken and had a kind tone. There’s nothing else positive I have to say.

Great Job Doctor! Very detail oriented. Smart. He diagnosed an issue I've had for years and offered alternate treatment that works. Very appreciative. Staff A+ work also.
