She is extremely rude, argued with our views, just because they weren’t the same as hers, and I feel being a pediatrician she should be a whole lot more personable than she is.

I have had 3 terrible appointments with this doctor and I will not schedule with her again. I have only ever scheduled with her when my children’s PCP is out of the office. She is extremely rude and inappropriate and she missed a diagnosis that landed us in urgent care later on the same day of an appointment with her.

My daughter needed to be seen after hours for a infection on her skin. Dr. Herrman, went beyond helping us, she explained the condition, what to expect and how to treat it. She even offer some advice from other medical experiences. I did not feel rushed, or where I was just another patient. I am going to look into switching to her.

One of the rudest MDs I have ever dealt with. Telling my baby to shh because he was talking over her. He's 16 months old. Refused to prescribe my baby any antibiotics for his finger even though she said he needed them, because the appointment wasn't for him, it was for my 3 year old. The front desk messed up scheduling my appointment so when we did come in, instead of apologizing for their mistake she tells me that I'm just lucky she had the time to see us.

Ridiculous appointment. My daughter had to see her for a sports physical (her dr was out of town). She went over her weight height chart and told her that she was overweight and was wider than she was tall. (my daughter is 5'4" and about 140 lbs) Also told us our specialists didn't know what they were talking about (daughter has pcos and svt). My daughter has been struggling with pcos and its effects i.e. hair growth and weight gain and her GYN is working on finding her the right treatment. She exercises and eats well. This was a devastating blow to her self confidence and image. Her SVT was diagnosed by a cardiologist as more of an inconvenience and not dangerous but dr herrman insisted that the opposite was true and also called this dr a liar. She is hard to talk to and very rude. She even argued with my 3 year old daughter over picking 2 stickers instead of one. I cant believe how she argues with parents and speaks to children. I would switch offices but my kids pediatrician is absolutely wonderful.

Very unpleasant visit for my four year old daughter. Very condescending and hard to connect with. When I told her she didn't got to preschool, she asked my daughter how many friends she had, if she thought one was enough, didn't smile or attempt to make my child comfortable..etc..my daughter said upon leaving "is that the only dr? please I don't want to see her again" ???
