I would give negative stars if possible! My mother lives in a nursing home in Osceola and was extremely sick and dehydrated due to covid. When I got to the “hospital” they told me they were releasing her because she was fine and faking it! I don’t know how you can fake your blood pressure dropping aggressively. Not to mention the nurses were not wearing proper PPE or even masks even in her room. They refused to run tests even tho she was very confused. I demanded she be transferred to a proper hospital in Omaha where she ended up having an infection along with covid and needed more care than Annie Jeffery was willing to do. Horrible place and the nurses are clueless and rude.

These people have no idea what they are doing. Equipment doesn't want to work in critical moments like their ekg machine. Doctors on call most of the time do not come in. I felt mistreated,humiliated, and was sent home with the same issue. Save your self and possibly your life. Go somewhere else.

I'm sorry the other gentleman had a poor experience. My wife, son and I have been going here for quite some time and compared to other health providers, Annie Jeffrey is head and shoulders above in quality of care and staff.
