This has to be the best urgent care in this area, you can make an appointment on line and there was no wait at all.

My first time going here. They have amazing staff had to go in was literally 3/4 mins before closed. Wasn't even sure if they could help me but they called to see what they could do and gave me options. They fit me in even though it was after their closing time. Staff was very kind, courteous, and amazing. I can't thank them enough for their help.

Katrina is the receptionist (nurse) who is checking patients in. She is super rude and acts as though she is bothered just to be able to help someone. She makes excuses about what is going on in her personal life and is short with patients. When I walked in, there was one person ahead of me. I waited almost an hour to be seen…at an URGENT CARE. I asked multiple times how much longer and she just kept telling me “there is nothing I can do. We are short staffed.”

Quick and professional. Just about any service you could hope for in an urgent care.

Would not recommend. Attending staff lied about taking vitals. Vitals were not taken until we were about to leave. Vitals were not taken the right way. No physical exam of the body was done. Left with the feeling of malpractice. The swab that was done, was done the wrong way which resulted in a false result. Ended up going to the ER and was reassured the test was conducted incorrectly and that Urgent Care staff, did not conduct the vitals the right way. Usually, I don’t care to write bad reviews. But, my dad passed away from mal practice and to see it happen again, right before my eyes, activated a traumatic response. You are caring for someone’s health and well being and if you do it wrong it has consequences. Please be more mindful of what you’re doing.

I would give it a no star if I could! I don’t like to leave bad comments but sometimes you just have to. I walk in and the receptionist was rude sounding like she was a snob. I went in for my toe to be looked at and of course no X-ray technician .. but when I called to see if they took my insurance I did explain to them what was going on but never cared to tell me they had no X-Ray technician on site. Just go somewhere else stay away from this place. I went another a long time ago was well I got turned away. They are never busy anyway and they should just close down. We used to love this Urgent Care. However, after todays visit we will NEVER be back! The receptionist was playing heavy metal music in the lobby that contained words not appropriate for my 8 & 6 year olds, then the doctor told me I could give my 6 year old who doesn’t even weigh 60 lbs zrytic, Benadryl, and Delsym for his cough. I go to pick up his script and the pharmacist informs me urgent care has his DOB wrong. So we get that fixed and I head back to Urgent Care as no one was picking up the phone when I called. I explain to the receptionist that his DOB was entered wrong and asked her to correct it before it goes to insurance. She says “okay” and goes back to her computer. I asked her “do you remember his DOB” and she just looked at me with a blank look. So I tell her again, she writes it down and shoves the paper in my face and says “is this correct”? Not professional at all! Will NEVER go back!!

Our 4 year old son had severe ear pain. We made a trip here to check it out. We had to wait about 45 minutes to get in on a Monday morning. Once we were seen by the nurse practitioner she quickly diagnosed the situation and we were on our way. Overall a good experience.

I love this location and visit here more often than I do my regular doctor. Staff is always kind, compassionate, and wonderful. My questions are always answered completely and they go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels comfortable and heard!

I had a great experience and staff was friendly. I was seen quickly and was able to pick up prescriptions on my way home. Very convenient.
