The exam was great! The bill was not and they didn’t want to change or admit they’re wrong! I had 5 tests done of the same fashion each bill was different amount, the service identical! How can the same test be $100 difference from another? Please check your billing!!2 days after I posted my review the owner of midlands reached out to me. I respect those who care about their work and seek excellence in their service. All my complaints have been resolved.If needed I will use their services again as I said the doctors are excellent.

My mom broke her foot at around 5 pm on a Sunday, so we rushed her here without calling to make an appointment. They were beyond kind, answered all our questions, and didn't rush us even though it was close to closing time. Would come here again without hesitation.

I would like to give a sincere thank you to Midlands Family Urgent Care in Papillion. They were knowledgeable, engaging, compassionate and professional with quick feedback on COVID / strep testing. It did not feel like we were in an Urgent care setting. Thank you for your service!

Dont not go here under any circumstances. The staff is condescending and incompetent. I went for a Covid test and instead got lectured by the staff on what I need to do if I test positive. They were more concerned about collecting personal data unrelated to my health or ability to pay for the CDC. The Doctor on duty would not accept my answers and I was asked to leave since I didnt care about their questions. I left untested for Covid which is the only reason I went to this facility. This business is unethical and failed to provide treatment.

Not impressed at all to say the least. Set up an appointment to come in to have a test done was told it would get done on Monday afternoon at 1 o’clock. Once we got in they change their policy after they made our appointment after my daughter is sitting on the table and let me know sorry our policy changed. It’s completely unfair to sit there and not honor the appointment you had set up and change your policy midstream. Will absolutely never use this place and highly recommend others not to as well.

Outstanding facility with a clean friendly environment. I recently switched to the urgent care facility on accident, but will not EVER go anywhere else! STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Process was easy and was helped in a timely professional manner.
