Wonderful doctor! She is very patient, listens and provides honest and thoughtful feedback. Great bedside manner and willing to discuss options if you are unsure on a decision.

Dr Novak never rushes through an appointment or makes me feel like a burden on her time. She LISTENS, explains things in detail, has a relaxed attitude that I appreciate (because honestly, medical appointments would usually make me nervous), takes the time to educate me about my family's health, and overall seems to genuinely care about our well-being. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Maybe she has changed since the last person met with her... I disagree with my entire sole. She is quick to write and RX or tell you to purchase something OTC that will not work. Dr. Novak is more interested in discussing her wardrobe and golf game with her staff, then following up with patients. Seward has plenty of other qualified doctors, I would recommend you STAY AWAY! One star is even too many.

She is the best doctor my husband and I have had. She definitely is very well educated and a caring person. She spends time with us and answers all questions in professional manner.Can't say enough about her. I think we have been seeing her as long as she has been practicing at Seward Family Clinic.
