Royce Mueller's Online Review Report Card

I was disappointed with my appointment with Dr. Mueller. To start, it took two months to get an appointment. I had several issues I wanted to discuss with him. One was recurring headaches. He simply dismissed the issue by saying there are plenty of OTC headache meds. As for an ear being plugged, he told me to call his office and ask for an appointment with an ear specialist. I called his office and was told the earliest appointment I could get was almost three months from now. When you figure ENT Specialties is only open 35 hours a week, and allow for lunch and coffee breaks, the staff there works less than 30 hours per week. No wonder it takes so long to get an appointment. Others have said Mueller rushes through appointments without giving the patient time to tal, and I can't argue that. I'm looking elsewhere for help.

Dr. Mueller treated my allergies which have bothered me for as long as I can remember. He also did surgery on my deviated septum. His bedside manner is not amazing, but he is knowledgeable in what he does and explained my conditions very thoroughly and clearly. Would recommend!

He did nothing besides look in my ears for fluid when I had been suffering headaches and dizziness for weeks. He did no tests or further examination than what was done by my primary physician. He told me to try eliminating salt and caffeine from my diet (which I had already tried). I felt completely dismissed.

I saw Dr. Mueller for estuation tube dysfunction which required tubes to clear the fluid. The tubes have since fallen out or been removed. He recognized my late onset of allergies and suggested testing for it. He has prescribed allergy medicine & OTC medication that for the last year has kept my ears clear of fluid. He is a very nice, professional, excellent listener and his information is understandable.

I had an office visit and once I receive my bill it had shown that I had a in office surgery when they did one of their procedures it cost over $330 to look up my nose with a lighted camera I question this and my insurance company did not pay for it they stated it was coded as surgery and that's the way it's coated my insurance company said they would not pay for it because it was surgery that was not preapproved I again called Dr. Mueller's office to find out why it was coded the surgery I was told that's just the way it is so I have a $660 office visit Bill after my insurance company paid their part I don't know how anyone can afford to go to a Doctor Who codes things as surgery or in accurately in order to make more money

Excellent Dr!!! Very caring, professional & very knowledgable!! Great with kids & adults, cares about patients & is accommodating. Would highly recommend!!! Also sees patients at satellite offices in towns around Lincoln in SE Nebraska making it much more convenient for patients!

Dr Mueller took both my children's tonsils out and he did an excellent job. I would recommend my friends and family to him

Very bad Doctor, does not know what he is talking about, wrong diagnosis. He gives you off the shelf medication. Does not respect you and bring a student to train on you. Unprofessional and charges a lot of money, waiting time was 1 hour 45 min to see you for 5 min .I feel this Doctor is fraud
