List of H. Rai Kakkar's Reviews
I absolutely recommend Dr. Kakkar. I found him very straightforward, trustworthy and Intelligent. It's to bad that bigotes can get on her and spread hate!!
What I saw was a person who likes to be-little individuals, he knew I liked to ride motorcycles and I also had a 2 amendment hat on so I think he thought he could be-little me. He was also I think trying to show off for the two nurses he had in the room with him and he was a smart ass but not very smart, does that make sense? I thought he was arrogant and not intelligent at all. I let him get his BS on and let it be at the time but it is time to let him see how individual patients think about his arrogance. I know he is from another country and maybe it is time for him to go back or maybe learn everyone has purpose, he thinks he is the only one. He was very non professional. He has angered me and I really don't want to see this person ever again. He tried to tell me I should have been in pain for years and then said to the nurses he would say he is going to say that I didn't before I even had a chance to say what I felt. I feel sorry for him as maybe I have a much higher threshold than he does but that is the truth. He has proved to me he is not much of a Dr. if he even is. Shame on him! I would like to say more but I will not sink to his level. He actually does not deserve any stars, it should be minus five if anything.
If I could leave no stars I would - Warning: Don’t come see this dr if you have post-concussion syndrome Refused to help me because I have post-concussion syndrome and my injury was not serious enough for him. I waited weeks for this appointment and have regularly been seeing another neurologist. For a dr tell someone who has been dealing with a disabling illness for 9 months that their injury is not serious is insane. He also recommended I pay out of pocket for a car accident clinic, and when I mentioned that I cannot afford healthcare not covered by insurance he laughed and shrugged. This man clearly has some biases he should evaluate. As someone who works in healthcare, I can tell you his behavior is completely unethical and highly inappropriate. AVOID at all costs
I saw Dr. Kakkar today because I'm trying to transfer care from Children's Hospital to adult care facilities. I've met hundreds of medical professionals in my time, some good, some bad. Dr. Kakkar and his assistant are part of the latter, no question. In fact, I'd go as far as to say they were of the worst I have ever had care from. His assistant was short with me, impatient, rude, and inconsiderate of my disabilities. Dr. Kakkar had little to no bedside manner, he was unprofessional and unprepared, and he didn't seem to care about my history or symptoms. The only person in his office that I did like was his receptionist. She was very caring and polite. She can be the doctor, and he can be the receptionist. But they would still have to find a new MA because she was awful. If you receive a referral to see Dr. Kakkar, I strongly recommend asking your referring physician to send you to literally any other neurologist in your area.
I was very happy with Dr Kakkar.
It was very refreshing to find a doctor that took the time to listen to my concerns when it came to my Mothers care.
I have been seeing Dr. Kakkar for years. He and his staff treat me like family. I have read the bad reviews and its just angry people looking to get revenge. It's very sad that people can do this without leaving their name!
Dr. Kakkar and his staff are very kind and helpful.
I found Dr. Kakkar to be very intelligent and forthright. He and his staff were very nice and understanding.
People have mentioned his bedside manner.. Dr. Kakkar is very professional, no nonsense. He knows what he is doing. I think he is amazing. He gets to the heart of the matter.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
