List of Matthew Jansen's Reviews
Dr Jansen is incredibly caring and trustworthy. I've had nothing but great experiences with him both as a patient and COWORKER. Would recommend him to anyone. As for the negative review, I highly suggest people to ASK QUESTIONS. Nobody would tell you that you have MILLIONs of polyps. I'm assuming he wanted them to come back to have additional ones removed. The only way a surgery would be performed to remove part of the GI tract is if cancer was indeed present. Ask questions and then ask more questions.
Thought he was a true caring surgeon and honest ,but just found out he had been lying to me for the past 4 years about the scopes he had preformed on me! He told me I had millions of ployps inside me and that I needed to have my rectum out before they turned to cancer..I went to a specialist in colon cancer and he preformed a scope on me yesterday and he only found 4 tiny ployps that he removed and told me that I would not have to have another scope for a year! I will never recomend him to anyone . He is just money hungery and surgery hungrey He tells you one thing and then tells a totally different story in his Dr notes! Very upset for all the depression I have been going through for the past 4 years him making me beleive I was going to die with cancer.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and informative. Called me to follow up on my procedure and lab results. Will highly recommend him to family and friends that need an excellent surgeon.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
