My concerns were answered, and they were very professional.
I believe that most of the doctors there dont want to be there & I don't feel too safe taking advice from them. They also dismiss how you feel.
My visit went very smoothly! Amy assisted me with the sliding scale program to make everything more affordable. I was in and out within an hour, including my initial paperwork and everything! Great experience for me!
I came to SCHC originally for my second covid vaccine and I ended up going through a crap ton of side effects, landed in the hospital where I was checked for covid been a week now and I am still not feeling right. They have checked me for covid three (3) times and they cannot figure out what is wrong with me. Heard one nurse or receptionist make a comment when I was checking in "Yeah he has everything wrong with him" Disrespectful! Why is it so hard to find a doctor who is compassionate and caring enough to PROPERLY diagnose someone. To add insult to injury my doctor Jill Bundy does NOT even take the time to answer questions I have. Seems all they want to do is get you in and get you out. At the end of my visit she asked me if I had any questions and naturally I said yeah why do I keep feeling the way that I do she responds with "You will be notified when you get your test results back" Why ask me if I have any questions if you are not going to do your job and answer them? Afraid you might get sued? You mis-diagnose someone you WILL get sued.Do NOT go to ANY of the Siouxland Community Health centers South SIoux City or Sioux City....they all are jerks just putting in their time.
I was just in urgent care and see Jill ***** I have had a fever for five days straight while taking ibuprofen and Tylenol at 4-6 hour increments. I asked to get a white blood cell test since I have taken at home covid PRC test the prior two days and both were negative. I was fully denied any blood work even though I do have swelled gums. I do have good insurance through my work as well as I don’t owe any money currently. Is this normal for patients to get denied tests and just get ran in and out with your basic covid test? I thought this is absolutely ridiculous and feel I have a valid concern as to what my White blood count is? I was tested and told to go back home and take more Tylenol!!!!
Great kind, caring and professional staff. Thank you for helping us to feel better. Easy check in process. Thanks for all you do.
Friendly, Clean and Efficient service. Everyone really puts their best foot forward here👍
Every single time i show up they make me filll out a novel of information in which much of it is not relevant. I could have 4 appointments in a single day and they'd make me fill out the same dang paperwork. You do not need a novel to help me. Each and everytime i step into your clinic. Makes me feel as if I'm an outsider and a new patient each time i visit. I'd love to be treated as a regular (which we are) recognized patient...
If I could give no stars I would. The lack of care is insane. The waiting forever watching people come after you get seen leave and you still sitting there is ridiculous. I've always hated this place and I'll make sure to never come back.
They are a joke I called for a prescription refill got transferred called back 4 times no answer then there was no provider available

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
