She worked tirelessly with her extensive knowledge and networking so my parents could live together again in a supportive environment, after several months of separation in a different sections of another community due to differential care needs, with no hope of them ever being together again.Once we found Jean, she approached this task with a "How can we make this happen" approach, and found a new community, made suggestions on customized care supports, followed up on my family's every question quickly and thoroughly, arranged meetings with the entire new community staff, and facilitated several virtual tours of the community so we could help select the perfect rooms from afar. She helped with the logistics of the move, and was with my parents on moving day for support and helped with setting up their rooms. The move was complete within 4 weeks of our first meeting with her! Jean gave our family peace of mind, and Jean gave my parents the best 70th Anniversary present ever- Being together again. By being together, they are much happier, clearer, and stronger every day.I would strongly recommend Jean's expertise to find the community with the right supports for their older adult to thrive.
