Went to the E.R. in Severe Pain and under so much Stress and very afraid of one Nurse who does work there by the Name of Donna who has caused me to be hurt before, they assured me she wasn't there, The Dr. Was So Amazing even though I was ready to leave he was so Patient with me he ordered the Tests and explained them so Great to me, This Beautiful kind Nurse Melisa took such Kindness to the Situation I was under Stress and Pain and she heard me and it was then that I calmed down, These Men and Women are My Heroes, He didn't dismiss my Pain and Gave me Proper instructions on what to do next, I can only Imagine what they had to Deal with, But needless to Say This Dr. Deserves the Purple Heart just for Dealing with me Alone!!! Thank you so much Sir, Thank you also Melisa, You also Deserve the Same, The Technician with the Blonde Hair, you're an Angel!!!

Nursing staff and doctors All went above and beyond. From the emergency room to the floor,, courteous and kind. Very well trained and knowledgeable. God bless them

Been Going here for 3 years all they care is about money and insurance. Been diagnosed numerous times different things to find out its something eles. Boyfriend has a lump on his spine all they said it was a cyst and it will go away still there after 3 years . They don't care.

Unknowledgeable and condescending staff. They don't know how to read ct or mri scans properly and discharge you because they "dont think" there is anything wrong. The E.R. is a joke and so is the clinic, if you can help it, go anywhere else. York General will hapily let you die before they actually listen to you and do thorough diagnostics. They just want to outsource everything and make you wait months for care that is needed on an urgent basis. I guess if you have enough money to contribute to the hospitals endowment, they may treat better, otherwise, steer clear!

If I could give them a lower review I would. I brought my husband into the ER do his a possible heart attack and they were more worried about his insurance then getting a nurse in to start checking him. Not to mention the door were locked to get into the ER and when the lady spoke over the intercome we could not be admitted until after she decided if we have been seen by the hospital before. Then as they slowy brought us back to a room the lady from the front desk was smugly laughing about the situation. Take your loved ones anywhere but here if it's a possible emergency. You would be seen faster driving the hour to Lincoln!

Don’t ever bring your kids to the emergency room here they don’t care and idc what they say. I’ve had my daughter get multiple COVID test and NONE has EVER made her scream and cry AND BLEED! she’s not even a year old and they shoved it so far up her nose it was unnecessary and ik for a fact it was because her dr has never even done it that rough. Especially not rough enough to make her nose bleed. Horrible.
