I was a patient of Dr. Arora for a little over a year. He saw me 3 times, the last two times for less than 5 minutes each. The office is impossible to get in contact with, getting prescription refills are a NIGHTMARE, and the Dr. just generally seems to have no idea who you are. He doesn't take into account things that you say, and most of the time doesn't ask follow-up questions. His office never returns the pharmacy's phone calls either.
I went to the doctor for diabetes treatment. He managed to bring my A1c number down from over 12 to under six. He also detected early stages of prostate cancer and referred me to an oncologist thereby saving my life. My family and I can't thank him enough. He has relocated his practice down to Attica New York and unfortunately it is just too far for me to go. He was certainly the best doctor I ever had and will be sorely missed
Best doctor in Niagara Falls been going to him for at least a year and a half he always take care of me all my problems and concerns are gone thank you Dr. Aurora
I have been seeing Dr. Aurora about a year and a half ago and he has been excellent doctor for me he listens to all my problems take care of my concerns Some people talk bad about him because they relapse and they get cut off the medication and then turn around and badmouth him it is not his fault you guys are addicted to drugs and doesn’t want to stay clean all he wants to do is keep you clean and away from drugs
When I first started seeing him he was awesome. But my last appointment on 9/22/2017 he goes into my friends room & starts telling her that I ran out of my prescription and that I am giving red flags that I am going to relapse. Her and I NEVER signed ANY consent forms or release forms for each other. I have talked to him EVERY appointment that I feel as if I am going to relapse & he DON'T want to listen he just sits there views your files for 1 minute, checks your heart beat, and asks if you are staying clean... , He already cut my dose from 16mg to 12mgs and is literally FORCING me to cut doses again after me trying to talk to him & telling him that I mentally & physcially am not ready to cut down again, but his response to me not being mentally ready was "Well you better be mentally ready to cut down, because it's going to happen next appointment". ( I thought you where supposed to cut doses when the patient and Dr. felt like it is ready to be lowered, not FORCED)? On 9/22/ he literally started YELLING at me because he says "there is NO difference between the 16mgs and the 12mgs" . I told him that he's not an addict, just because he read that out of a book, doesn't mean it's not true. Recovering addicts can tell and feel the difference between 12mgs and 16mgs. (Well, Every one I know who are on suboxone says the same thing). (Every time I go there, there is another patient or two going through the same exact thing, and they start telling me that they're looking for a new Dr. because Dr.Arora is starting to be redic....
This doctor is totally unprofessional he has no idea whats going on, and does not care, he has more patients than he can handle and gets easily confused, he does not listen going to medical board had enough he also will blackball you with other doctors in his circle beyond terrible, and no I'm not an addict or drug user but a medical patient that has had her last straw
Nitin Aurora IS THE WORST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD he is very ignorant and does not know what he is doing every patient he has ever had has always left because of how unqualified he actually is I have never meet a more unprofessional physician in my entire life do not chose him for any means necessary!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Is right on the ball. Most important he "listens" to you. His staff are attentive, prompt, and professional. I use the North Tonawanda office. I am 56 so having a good doc is very essential to me. I highly recommend Dr. Arora
Well I would explain in depth how this Dr is an absolute joke. However there are not enough chracters remaing for me to do that. I will say when I tried to tell him about my cardiac symptoms he told me the we all from anxiety. He did not ask about any testing I may have had done (Like multiple stress tests which I failed and an angiogram showing cardiac issues) no he just decided that nothing was wrong with me based on the 1 visit I had with him. I saw him when my Dr was on leave. PATHETIC
I only was forced to endure seeing this ma because my Dr was out on medical leave. I have recently diagnosed cardiac issues. My Dr thought it would be wise to get that under control before even discussing lowering medication. Dr Arora however informed me my chest pain was a result of anxiety. He did not ask me if I had ever had any testing, such as failing multiple stress tests and having an angiogram showing cardiac issues. Obviously his ability to diognose health issues is far better than actual testing. Also his bedside manner reminded me of the inmates I took care of as a CNA for the NYSDOCS. He is a heaping pile of excrement. If you can, even at a great inconvenience to you self, find any other provider willing to take you. Anyone is better than Arora.
twrrible bedside manner does not listen fully to needs or probloms only what he wants to hear his office staff very incompetent do not trust them wih any medical papers you want back they lie and gove you the runaround about what happened to papers. they will blackball you from getting necessary medical services because they do not agree with your medical diagnosis or od t care to oay attention to them. he knew i had a rough time with the loss of a child last year and made an unprofessional comment when i told him i was pregnant thisbyear and hinted to abortion his exact words were your really going to have this baby there are other options you know i left his office on tears he and his office accused me of being noncompliant because i was not picking up my insulins aftwr i explained to them i wasnt oicking up my i sulins bc inhad gotton samples and why would i pay for medicines that i already have in my fridge? i told them i was taking my medicines they turned around and had me blackballed from seeing other nessesarry doctors on purpose yet does not want to treat my multiple chronic illness
Dr. Arora has been my doctor for almost a year now. He's always very nice and respectful and the same goes for his stuff . He always answers all of my questions so when I leave there I never feel unsatisfied. He has always taken his time with me just last month he stayed in the room for 35 minutes with me talking. I like that he is NOT a push over doctor! Meaning he does care he shows it every time I go. I highly recommend him for both his offices. Thank u DR. ARORA
Dr. Arora is a great physician. He will always give the proper advice for your condition and following through till it's resolved. His staff is always helpful and appointments never leave you waiting for a long time in the waiting room.

I have been seeing Dr. Arora for over 3 years now. He has many qualities that I like in a physician. First, he is very knowledgeable and gives sound, practical advice taking a careful approach to treatment prescribing the least harmful remedies first. Second, he is a very nice guy with a good sense of humor which makes him easy to talk to. Third, he takes a genuine interest in you and listens to what you have to say. I would definitely recommend him.
Very professional, knoweldgeable, and polite. Dr. Arora listens well and lets you be a major part of decisions.
Dr Arora is one of the best primary care doctors in North Tonawanda/Niagara Falls area. If you are sick and need to see him right away he will make sure you get in that day no matter what. As far as his pain management , that's even better as long as you follow the rules he will help you and always be there for you. He has been my doctor for almost 6 years and I wouldnt reccomenc anyone else .
