I have gone to this office for over 20yrs. I have remained even with changes in Dr.s. typically getting an appt during COVID you are looking at couple months out BUT receptionist put me on cancellation call list and I get in bout month sooner. I love the nurses and staff. Always enjoy talking with Alsalahi before going under for procedures. He's aware of my anxiety and always chats with me.
Called this doctor's office because I have been in pain for 3 weeks and cannot take it anymore, think I may have some sort of blockage. They will not even see me unless I get a referral, what!? my insurance does not require a referral. I thought these Doctor's take an oath to treat people in need. I work very hard to have insurance and not mooch off the system and I can't get any help. It is required for me to give one star, if up to me I would give 0 stars.
Made me feel like I was inferior to him and told me how was losing money on me because my Dr ordered multiple tests because of my COPD and didn't want me to have to be put out twice and I never met the Dr only seen his nurse practitioner Craig Wise never again and recommend going to Rochester if you need to see a gi Dr
Things were explained to us in a clear manner. The Docter and staff were really nice and helpful. I recommend anyone who's having an echoscopy to go there.
