If I could give this facility 0 stars, I would. Absolutely atrocious customer care practices - coming from someone who also works in healthcare. The front desk has often been very rude and unhelpful. One of the providers, Chandra, is quite possibly the worst provider I have ever seen. She is entirely uneducated, not empathetic, and is quite incompetent in her position. She reported that she had several years of psychiatric experience in particular, but made gross judgements based on a med list, and was not even familiar with one of my diagnoses. My entire family stopped going here due to lack of competent care, it was so terrible. If you care about your wellbeing, I would recommend avoiding this facility at all costs.

I have been with them since 1979 and have always had great care.

Too much turnover at this office in recent years has really affected the quality of care.

I really like the staff. They aren't pushy or trying to rush me out. They listen to my concerns and are down to earth and up front with everything.

I love this place, been going here since 2017. they've been quick to get me any type of healthcare needed. i don't understand if these people reviewing negatively are talking about the secretary staff? the nurses? or drs? i know the secretary's were super super overwhelmed when the pandemic was first in full swing, but the doctors and nurses were always helpful and listened to my concerns as well as ordering tests to give me answers and peace of mind. never had any problems with referrals either. when i call to get tested for covid they always squeeze me in within a few hours at most the next morning,and i always get my results within 24 hours but it's usually the same night i got the test which is soooo convenient. my only thing close to a "complaint" is that I miss Kaye, she was amazing and so was Heather, those two leaving is the only thing i was truly upset about in my time of being a patient there.

I would like to say that my provider, Heather Jones, is AMAZING! I wish I could rate her separately because she's wonderful. Heather would get 5 STARS! However, the rest of my experience with the office is consistently poor. I have far too many examples of how the office drops the ball. For example, It took 18 months to get a referral for a yearly mammogram (I was even told by someone in the office that they NEVER do referrals for mammograms - That's obviously inaccurate, as I'm certain I'm not they're only female patient the office sees) Multiple times I have showed up for appointments and been told they either forgot my appointment or is too busy and I need to come back a different day. This happened again for my son's yearly check up last week - an appointment I made a YEAR ago. They said they'd call me and reschedule...they never called. Additionally, I was diagnosed on Friday with COVID and was told to call my PCP immediately (especially since I had been in their office). They told me they'd call me right back... that was 5 days ago. I guess I'll navigate COVID myself.

Rude and incompetent.

Treated like I have lepercy because I have shortness of breath from my asthma....Sure of shortness makes sense for asthma but I don't feel it is grounds to not be seen or forced to go to a urgent care for a negative covid test before im seen. Talk about unfair treatment when you can't breath. Called at 9am couldn't get through to a triage nurse until 3ish to be told no we won't see or help you. I was told GO TO URGENT Care which I really don't feel comfortable with nor do I want to be in a building or people who are there getting tested because they think they have covid. If they cant treat people with any of 15 of their protocol symptoms then what are they actually seeing people for???? Pretty tough pill to swallow or accept when you can't breath or sleep due to asthma weezing...not many know what it's like to have restricted airways but its not fun and scary at the same time. I know the prednisone prescription I need by heart after 41 years of asthma...

When I first moved to Allenstown almost 6 years ago my husband needed a check up on his blood pressure , so we went there nice right up the street. When he was done with check up I said we have no insurance so I would like to pay the bill today. She said sure gave me a total and before I paid I asked again is this the total bill again her answer was yes. Paid the bill in full walked out . About 2 months later I get a bill from the billing office say'in I owe X amount on bill I said no I paid that in full on the day of service, she said that the actual bill total was DOUBLE the walk-in had charged me .......So i said not paying double going from one building to another......and I've never been back. NEVER USE THIS PLACE !

Service is horrible since selling to Elliot. Will be looking for a new pcp
