Colleen Guiry's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Guiry is a very compassionate and caring physician. She served her country in the US Army as a military physician. She answers all your questions with care and concern. I was very impressed by her and intend to keep her as my doctor!

Dr. Guiry has been my primary care physician for the past 23 yrs. She is an outstanding professional and personable Dr. She has a compassionate bed side manner in her interaction w/ her patients. She is extremely thorough, and when meeting with her, you know you have her undivided attention, for as long as it takes until all your concerns are addressed. Sadly we have recently moved out of state and can no longer benefit from Dr. Guiry's expertise.

I feel that Dr. Guiry is interested in me. Not just my health but me as a person. We always have a great visit while I am at her office. She always returns my calls with answers I can understand. She helped me get to the bottom of my health problem. I would recommend her to anyone.

I saw Dr. Guiry years ago for a migraine and shoulder pain. She prescribed Valium because in her exact words, "You have 5 kids! No wonder you have a headache." I finally found a DR. that listened to me, turned out I had in fact torn my shoulder out of its socket and required surgery in Boston for the repair. Nine years later I'm still in PT for constant pain in that shoulder because the injury had remained undiagnosed for 18 months!

I left an unresponsive and careless practice three years ago hoping to find a better level of care in this area. I found that and more with Dr. Guiry and her entire staff. I have never looked back. When they need to fit me in for an unexpected appointment, I never have any questions about seeing a P.A. instead of Dr. Guiry since her P.A., Nurse Grevas, Is outstanding. A member of my family suffered a great deal under that previous medical practice, both medically and emotionally. Consequently, she then went to Dr. Guiry with very complicated issues. They walked her through a long process of regaining her wellness and confidence and did so with the highest level of empathic and professional care. I will always be grateful to the entire staff for that! I recommend Dr. Guiry and her staff to everyone.

Dr. made me feel my medical problem wasn't important to her. I was a patient of hers when she opened her practice and I basically was left in pain with severe migranes. I found another doctor.

Dr. Guiry has been my primary care physician for 14 yrs. I love her and recommend her to all my friends who are looking to change doctors. She is genuine, caring, and very responsive. You may have wait times for an appt because she when she does not rush her patients along. She gives you her full attention. Not afraid to refer you to a specialist if needed, she doesn't believe she is the only authoritative word. Office staff has varied from poor to fair over the years, although the nurses and MA's are great.

I left Dr. Guiry once to go to a doctor that was more convenient. I have since returned and go out of my way to go to her.

She's a pill-pusher. Always has a pill for something. I would like to hear something other than "a pill for that". Got a shot for something without an explanation.
