I have always been treated by Dr. Slezak with integrity and kindness. He stuck with me through a surgical procedure and continues to manage my residual pain effectively. I can't imagine finding a better or more sympathetic MD. for my treatment. The staff are excellent, too. {I have got to change my Google handle - nothing like a private message.}

Dr. Slezak is a disaster of a health care provider. Unreliable. Undependable. Consistently blows off telemed meetings, leaving patient in severe pain. Run for the hills and find a doc who really cares about people in pain.

Dr slazak was the only one after chiropractors and surgeons could not help me with my back! This is the only way to go! Great guy pain free!

DR SLEZAK IS A WONDERFUL PAIN MANAGEMENT MD AND IS A VERY FINE WONDERFUL MAN....HE WOULD DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU OUT..I WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT INTERVENTION SPINE MEDICINE..THEY HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL TO ME...THEY ARE GREAT..

I usually see Dr. Slezak in the Barrington office and have been for over 10 years at least. He is absolutely brilliant when it comes to chasing down and destroying those nasty pain nerves along the spine. I usually last about 2 years after each RFL and have had them for neck and lumbar pain as well as cortisone injections. I can't speak to the office's efficiency regarding pain meds because I get all meds through my primary physician.

Things were going fine until my prov. went on leave for 3 months .The prov.that they gave me changed my med dose without informing me and 1 of the scripts printed fine but the 1 that helps me most he had me wait for in the waitng room.the new script he said could possibly give me a heart attack and asked me if i had ever had one. That script needed ins. Approval.when 1 of my other scripts were filled i noticed it was 7.5 mil instead of my usual 10.i hope i make it through the month and possibly might go talk to my lawyer. James Martin .

Dr Slezak is the best but his office staff has much to be desired. Paperwork does not flow smooth or quickly. Wait for weeks to get a response on surgery date to replace a default stimulator. From the triage nurse down I would replace. Find some people that gave the caring that the doctors have. Years back the staff was by far the best now they close to the worst. Some placed I trusted now not so sure. Dr Slezak please do something with your front area staff and the triage nurse they are not helping you.
