I went to see Dr. Smith after having a terrible reaction to medication. She was kind and personable. She is also very good at getting the gist of the idea. As a physician myself I consider myself to be very lucky to be her patient.

Easy to talk to. Excellent listener. Responds intelligently with compassion, but can also be "real" and laugh with you when appropriate. Takes the time you may need and does not make you feel rushed. Other recommendations, such as ease of scheduling appointments, etc. are excellent, however if they weren't perfect, and no one and nothing is, Dr. Smith would still be my first choice because it's about the doctor, not that which is beyond our control often times.

staff needs to pay attention to verifying appointments. twice my appointment has been cancelled, they said i cancelled it but have not. it has also happened to a friend of mine and also a coworker.

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith's for about five years. She is the kind of Dr. that everyone hopes to find. Very concientious, involved in your care, spends time listening and explaining. Many times she has gone over and above what I expected from a Dr. My husband has made her his primary care Dr. as well. She was recommended to me by several friends who have been going to her a lot longer that I have.
