My two visits were very good. The second visit disrupted by the discovery of aneurisms. Dr Jefferies immediately called my PRP and got the name of a vascular surgeon and contacted him and arranged a consult within a day. Telephone calls were made while I waited in his office. Great service. Peter

This man is down to earth, talks with you not at you. Listens to what you have to say and takes the time if need be to explain in simple terms what steps he would like to take, explains why and the benefits. Nice man

I've been a patient of Dr Jeffrey for almost 4 years. He has never failed to answer every question I asked, explain my MRI and X-Ray to me, or explain multiple possible treatment strategies. In the procedure room (transforaminal epidurals) he always put me completely at ease, joking, discussing music or whatever. He has never "pushed" surgery on me, as happens at many other practice/physicians. And he's a good guy!

Dr. Jeffrey greeted me in the Nursing preparation area just after they had me change into the lovely gowns, hairnet and socks to be brought back to the room where my procedure was done. He was friendly and seemed to care what I had to say. On the way to the room I met one of the 2 Nurses that would be assisting Dr Jeffrey in my procedure and she was just fabulous. It was like talking to my mom the way she handled me. Once in there I met the 2 nurse and she was very nice too. You could feel comfortable if you like real conversation and then talking to you like a friend which I found very comforting seeing how I had a really bad visit at a different Drs office several years ago. Dr Jeffrey talked me thru the whole process and procedure as it was about to happen. 100% better experience having my Left C4-5 TF ESI...Thank You to the good Dr. and your Team of Nurses today...much appreciated

Dr. Jeffrey appears to be totally hardened against the pain that his patients experience. Upon my first appointment, he recommended PT without having done an MRI or xray. I was in excruciating pain. His nurse intervened and I received oral steroids. The MRI revealed 2 pinched nerves in my neck vertebrae. The second instance, I had an epidural shot in the aggravated area. I could hardly move afterward. He blamed it on "anxiety", i.e. it was all in my head. My pain went from a 3 to a 10 and remained at an 8 for the next week. It was NOT in my head. He is a disgrace.

I didnt expect to find the least compassionate person in the medical profession but I did in dr jeffrey. Pray for him.

No compassion. Talks down to me. Harried and unkind. Will never see him again.

I received my third epidural steroid injection on Dec 23rd, 2019. It went well; extremely well. With sedation as personal preference. I had them in L5-S1. I love my pain doctor. He's absolutely amazing. For those who claim they don’t have a choice; you as a patient have every right to refuse. Also, every doctor has the right to make their own treatment plan for you. And that will most likely not include narcotics. I highly recommend him! Thank you! Mrs. Bessy Mecham Concord, NH

RUDE and ARROGANT . Not on time over an hour late getting to work. I was his first appointment (7:30 am). I would suggest that you choose another doctor. Will not see him again.
