List of Brian Klagges's Reviews
A quick glance at reviews and I think a lot of people have had the same experience I had - just absolute rude, condescending behavior. I was trying to become a new patient but couldnt even make it past reception without the snarkiest, worst attitude I have come across in a while. Looking at other reviews it seems like I'm not alone in this experience, hope other potential patients realize this isnt the only show in town and theres no reason for such a terrible experience when trying to book an appointment. Called AITC (right up the road) and they actually treated me like a person! Amazing! Gotta love when medical centers forget they are in customer service. I get everyone has a bad day, but sheesh that was over the top.
Can't speak with anyone- keep getting transferred to an extension that says call will be returned within one day ; or sent to a 3rd party contractor: needed medical records from last appointment for another doctor; time sensitive; explained and told "we need to send a form, complete and return . Then record can be sent to you.
Very good care and help me regain my muscle strength with PT From Ben at there great PR Program to assist. Helping me understand the importance of exercise.Special thanks to Dr Thomas who explained my medical issues and Dr klagges of the Minimally Invasive Surg Ctr of NE and his Staff very professional and care during my procedure
This has been months of the worst care. Cannot get a real Doctor to call me back From receptionist to care coordinators to Doctors I have encountered the rudest staff. Jennifer on the Green team obviously is in the wrong profession. When you message your doctor you get answers from clerical staff making decisions for the Doctor. No one knows what the other team member has said. Different answers from each and every team member. They are not on the same page. This place is all about the dollars doctors are not invested in quality care and quality of life. Don’t go here if you want a caring doctor. There go to replies are go to the Emergency room. Horrible care and experience here. I’ve found a real Doctor thank goodness.
I met with a 5'5 useless doctor with a napoleon complex. I have been taking pain medications for several years, and my current physician wanted me to move to pain management. Though I was told prior to scheduling this appointment by their intake coordinator the doctor had reviewed my chart and I was going there for medication management. The doctor refused to write any prescriptions, and said first I would need a mri, a course of physical therapy at their location, and then maybe the topic would be revisited. The doctor was kind enough to let me know he was NOT a pharmacy or pill dispensary, and that was the end of the conversation.
Usually I’d give them a higher rating but then they mess up your appointment. Had an upcoming appointment changed. I didn’t want to wait an hour after an X-ray to see the doctor. Had it changed to what I was told was all on one day. Then I show to find out t to that they’re separate appointment. The women didn’t list to a word I said.
One of the worst experiences with dr Frates at the NH neurospine institute. After several visits including injections, two MRI’s dr Frates totally missed my diagnosis. Could have been life changing had I not sought a second opinion from another dr at another practice. Needed surgery right away on my neck to correct a serious condition. Was so lucky to have gone elsewhere. I could have had serious consequences had I listened to dr frates. I would urge people to seek medical care ELSEWHERE.
DR. Thomas was professional and informative. I very confident in his spinal care.
Highly recommend, fantastic doctors and staff. Got me in right away when I was in massive pain, diagnosed the problem immediately and explained everything to me perfectly including the diagnosis options. While there everyone was so friendly and went beyond to try to comfort me and alleviate my pain. My surgery was so well organized and quick, I was in and out and being able to have my surgery right in the same location as well as MRI and X-ray is beyond convenient especially when you're in pain. I wouldn't go anywhere else for an injury in their field.
Two back surgeries here and problems with both but they don't want to hear about it. I can't get paperwork here completed without an argument. Doctor has very poor communication skills and is very unapproachable and often rude. Appointments get cancelled often. I lost my LTD pay in November because they have been cancelling my appointments and don't complete the paperwork. They argue and come up with excuses. I am on disability and getting ankle replacement surgery next Tuesday and the doctor told me he doesn't care about my ankle.Who says that? Maybe if he cared more I wouldn't be having back problems? I would recommend going elsewhere but see for yourself.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
