List of Cmc Urgent Care's Reviews
The people here are fantastic. I've been several times and I've never had an issue. Anyone complaining probably either asked for services that they do not give or is a crazy person like the one I heard yelling and swearing at them on the way out that they wouldn't give him medication he asked for that they didn't even carry. And whoever writes the responses to these, sometimes the customer isn't right. Perhaps you should find out more information about the interaction from the people who actually dealt with these people before you just go apologizing and making it look like these front line hard workers did something wrong. Remember, it's just as important to have good reviews from your employees as your patients. Especially in a field that's short on workers
Zero communication and contradicted themselves on the phone vs in person. Unprofessional and uncaring staff.
If you come here on a Saturday, expect to wait at least two or more hours.
I always have great experiences when I come to CMC Urgent Care.
Completely inept reception. Empty office and still couldn't be seen
I use this urgent care when I can't get into my pcp. I've never had a single problem, I've been treated well, I've gotten answers AND IVE FOLLOWED UP WITH MY PCP. Alot of reviews from people on here who don't understand that this is a place to be seen and get the ball rolling, you are supposed to follow up with your PCP. You are not supposed to ask someone who knows nothing about you or your medical history to "CURE" you. And if you make 1800 a week, you should have the insurance to follow up with your pcp.
Let me start by saying…I won’t go anywhere else! I drove home from my camp up north to specifically go to THIS urgent care because my PCP doctor’s office couldn’t see me for severe back pain. I am ALWAYS treated with respect. The nurses and providers have ALWAYS been friendly, helpful and informative! Thank you for all you do! And thank you for the top notch care, especially during these difficult times working in the healthcare system. I appreciate you and all you do (just in case you haven’t heard that today)!
I would not give this place even one star. My daughter just left there. She was treated terrible. Very disrespectful. It was a demoralizing experience. She left in tears. As a nurse I am completely disgusted and would never recommend this place.
I went there twice for the same issue, and was misdiagnosed both times by two different doctors. Waited 40 minutes in the lobby, then another 50 minutes after the nurse took basic vitals. Both doctors spent less than 8 minutes diagnosing the issue. The total cost for both trips was over $500, all for nothing. That doesn't include the time off from work that they suggested would completely solve the issue. One week off of work cost me $1800 in lost wages. I'll never go to a hospital or clinic ever again. I've lost all trust in "medical professionals." I'd rather die than give one more cent to those thieves.
Literally didn’t care about my health just kind of shrugged me off and sent my prescription half way around the country plus they had the wrong phone number after I already corrected it these people are too busy to pay attention

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
