This practice has been so helpful to us. The doctors are great and Janelle is a literal balm to my parenting soul, incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They always have the perfect level of concern balanced with reassurance. They also have access to consult with specialists which is a great bridge to more specialized care if you can't get in right away. I've never had a problem getting in for an urgent matter. They work so hard and I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such great healthcare and medical staff
I’ve visited the lab here many time and have always been received quickly and my blood was drawn pain free.
My daughter and I had an incredible experience with Dr.Raje and nurse Lilly! Actually, everyone from registration to checking in to checking out was fantastic! I’m thankful for such a well organized and caring place to bring my children!
Absolutely terrible! To get to speak to someone is near impossible.. you have to leave an email message which on some occasion remains unanswered. Can't wait to find another doctor's office.
The doctors and nurses are great. One star to management. I wonder if any of them has ever had to endure the automated answering service. It is the worst I've ever encountered. The switchboard alone will drive me to find another provider. Additionally, the turnover in insane. Does no one want to work here?
I would give a five star rating if my check-in experience was a more positive one. Ellen at the Bedford Dartmouth makes checking in for an appointment uncomfortable. Despite greeting her politely with an upbeat hello she never reciprocates, EVER. Ellen should not be in a customer service position and especially one that is the first person you see. She lacks kindness and a "how can I help you" attitude. It makes the experience uncomfortable and should not be acceptable.
I absolutely love the Bedford office. After starting at the Manchester location which just seemed to big and impersonal to me, Bedford has been like family. Justin is fantastic and he and his staff are always quick to answer any questions or concerns. Once my daughter turned 18 and she took control of her own care, they have been right there for her every step of the way.
Dartmouth Hitchcock, a provider in my network who I have seen for 15 years, charged me over $400 for a yearly preventative visit by scheduling me with a midwife instead of a licensed OBGYN. My insurance denied me. I didn't know I was seeing a midwife, nor was I warned that I could be charged for this provider. Dartmouth Hitchcock showed me no sympathy and told me to always check to see if the doctor is covered in the future. Just outrageous. Ladies, beware.
Empty waiting room long wait to see doctor
They were really sweet and helpful the staff was nice and I rarely like medical appointments but I did like that

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
