Derry Imaging: Bedford's Online Review Report Card

From the front desk to the back offices for testing- excellent customer service!!!!!

Waited over 45 minutes and was never called. Receptionist didn’t care at all when I told her how long I had been waiting and left. Won’t be going back here.

Great customer service right from the beginning. Scheduling my CT scan was quick and effortless. The employee on the phone (I think his name was Ryan?) was polite and very informative. When I arrived at my appointment Keith and Stephanie were very helpful, friendly. and efficient. Dan? Performed the CT scan and I was in and out of there within minutes. Very happy with my experience at Derry Imaging. It’s refreshing to interact with such kind and helpful employees.

My husband and I had a great experience for our baby's ultrasound, we were greeted warmly at the office and the receptionist was very helpful. Our technician Sue was incredibly thorough and detailed and so genuine, it's clear she enjoys her line of work. We were overjoyed at the experience, thank you to all who made it memorable

I do not recommend Derry Imaging. I have had two recent scans (CT and MRI) at both their Derry and Bedford locations (in the last 2 months) due to insurance constraints and found it to be very unprofessional and unreliable. On both occasions they gave me faulty discs, the first one was scratched and I had an appointment with my oncologist that next Monday down in Boston and was unable to present images (because the do not send images over, only the report) so then I needed to wait to have them overnight a disc for review. The second time I asked that they check the CD first before I left, thankful that I did, because that disc was also not working.During my second scan, which was done on a Thursday, I called to confirm that they sent the report to my oncologist on the following Monday after not hearing anything-- to which they replied that they sent it over on Friday and that I, THE PATIENT, did not have access to it until my oncologist contacted me. After speaking with my oncologist, they never received it and he needed to call and formally ask them to send it over.In these only TWO instances, I was wrongfully scheduled for a Saturday scan in Bedford only to be then called ONE day before to be told that they actually could not take me on Saturday because they didn't have IV nurses in and I needed to in turn have it done at the Derry location instead (30 minutes away). It was necessary I had it done before my MONDAY appointment, yet they waited til Friday to let me know of this issue.My most recent scan, the MRI, it took two nurses/staff four times to stick me with an IV and almost 30 minutes total. I understand this is an uncontrollable issue out of their hands, but I have never encountered needing 30 minutes to find a vein by 2 medical professionals.Overall, Derry Imaging is a very unreliable facility. There have been other instances of impoliteness, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism as well. It's unfortunate that they are one of the only places accessible to me for scans due to my insurance, but I would strongly recommend that if you have to come here you check, check, and re-check with them on absolutely EVERYTHING before leaving.

Great staff and office. Super convenient without having all the hospital germs!

I went here for a mammogram and was treated respectfully and with kindness. Results were received in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
