This is my second surgery with Dr. Goumas. First was a shoulder, and this recent one was my knee in April. Dr. Goumas is absolutely brilliant and efficient. He has great understanding of his field and takes his time to understand my needs. I am almost a month post op and have full range of motion and minimal pain. I will recommend him to everyone who needs the type of services he provides with 100% confidence. I will not go to any other ortho surgeon. Thank you Dr. Goumas!

8 years ago, after one surgeon told me all the things I would not be able to do for months following surgery for my "traumatically torn rotator cuff", someone recommended I see Dr. Goumas. His outlook being much more bright, along with his skilled reputation made it an easy choice to undergo surgery with him. My recovery in the subsequent months went far better than I ever expected, thanks to Dr. Goumas and the Physical therapist he recommended. Exactly 4 months following the surgery, I even ran a mountain marathon in the Alps, (the first surgeon flat out said "no chance"). Since then, I've seen Dr. Goumas for a couple of new issues including shoulder dislocation and aging/arthritic sports ailments. I find him consistently optimistic and effective in directing how I can best manage my ailments. I highly recommend him.

I wish all my appointment with other Drs. were as pleasant as Dr Goumas. I've had shoulder surgery and a knee replacement by him and the results were very good. I have and would positively recommend him to anyone who needs these services.

I have had Dr Goumas as my Dr since 2010. Over the last couple of years, Doug, ( Dr Goumas), performed knee replacement surgery for both my right and left knee due to severe arthritis. I can now walk Pain free. Having the knee replacement surgery changed my life. I no longer have mobility issues and my husband and I can now enjoy our retirement. My goal is to hike Bryce Canyon in the fall with my husband, and you, Dr Douglas Goumas, made it possible. I can’t thank you enough. Blessings to you, your team, and your family. Best, Ginny V
