Wasn't my surgeon, thank god, just the on call. Sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy for my discharge despite us having a conversation about which one would still be open. Then when I called after finding out, he basically told me to go home and kick rocks, that it was my fault because I didn't give him the right pharmacy (I did) and he wouldn't do anything to remediate it.

A miserable, rude, demeaning man with an ego who cannot admit he made a mistake. Left me without pain meds immediately after discharge from the hospital because he refused to fix that he sent the prescription to the wrong (already closed) pharmacy and insisted it was my fault.

He almost killed me ,he left a screw in my cervical spine,in the intervertibral foramin,layed up against my nerve root told me to go home and have a nice life ,that2 just part of it.

Very disappointed in the service! Ordered a spinal injection for pain. Received a call from him explaining that he saw stenosis at S1 which he could repair through surgery. I called to schedule surgery once the effects of the injection wore off. He would not even take my call but had his office staff relay messages to me. An appointment was scheduled to go over the procedure with his assistant. The information I received at that time was on a completely different area of my spine and that surgery had been scheduled for two weeks later! I tried to contact him to find out what was going on, and apparently, he refused to take my calls! I explained the situation I was in and pleaded with his staff to have him call me to no avail! Five days prior to the scheduled surgery after yet another attempt to reach him, I was told that he had no idea what I was talking about!!!!! I have never been through anything like this! Needless to say I asked his staff member to cancel my surgery! How could I even consider allowing him to operate on me when it wasn't even addressing my problem that he reported I had. UNBELIEVABLE! I am still in shock over the way I was treated and also in a lot of pain!
