She is nasty! Treats patients horrible ! Her receptionist is an illiterate human being. Horrible experience especially when you have an emergency with your eyes and makes you wait for three hours. Horrible experience. She cares about money more than her patients.

Made an appointment they called to cancel lasers were broken. Got a new appointment. Had to cancel and call later to reschedule due to medical issues. Call to reschedule, they make me an appointment for 3/2, have me get referral resent since they "threw it out since it's been a few months". Ok I get it resent. They call me back saying they can only book on Fridays for the appointment I need but Dr not in they need to cancel they'll call Monday to reschedule. Noone calls I call them on Thursday. I'm put on hold for an extended period. They get back on phone tell me Dr. Reviewed my chart (never been there) she refused to see me for missed/reschedule appointments. Two of them were their fault not mine. But ok that's fine with treatment like that I'll take my business elsewhere. Update eyesight in both Exeter and Portsmouth NH are much more professional along with Hampton Eye Care Hampton NH. Highly recommend both for your eye needs.

Dr. Bonachea is a good Dr. she needs to smile more as she is very pretty when she does. her nurse is the sweetest and friendliest. the front staff has gotten better a few were rude and not the best personalities but a few new ones now.

Dr. Bonachea is a brilliant physician along with being kind and caring. She has given me exceptional retinal and general eye care for many years. I highly recommend her.

If you have serious eye problems and need a specialist, Dr. Bonachea is the best choice in Southern New Hampshire. She has helped my husband and me overcome serious eye issues. She is on top of the latest technology and eye conditions and she explains things in easily understood language. Her team is friendly, professional and competent.

Dr seems to know what she is doing. She is not a freindly warm doctor. This doctor never smiles and never says hello when she comes in to an exam room. I have work in the medical field for over thirty yrs and have never worked with an md like this. She needs to chill so pts can be more comfortable in her office.
