List of Paul P. Wang's Reviews
I was not particularly impressed. Dr Wang is nice enough but didn’t really seem like he cared to hear anything I had to say or (quite frankly) about my level of anxiety (which was rather high).
A parent went in for a diagnostic and was in for 5 minutes without Dr. Wang looking at his chart or the lengthy report about his history with the problem.
Paul Wang asked me why I was there basically told me after 3 back surgeries ( he didn't preform) there's nothing he can do for me for surgery or pain. Short visit waste of my day.
I met Dr wang yesterday for the first time. He wasn’t very personal or caring. The first thing he said while walking into the room was I’m confused why you are here are you confused about being here. I was so upset like he didn’t care how I was feeling. I will never go back to him.
Wang was nice before surgery, said I’d be pain free soon! Then, wang didn’t have much for me after... He put a titanium plate w 8 screws in my neck. Told me one of the discs was much larger than a scan showed. And that I would be in pain for the rest of my life. Who says that?!? My 90 day check up, he released me from his care. And cut off my pain meds. This was in 2010. And I had to drive three hours round-trip every time I had to see him. He ruined my life and I wish I had never met him. He had no interest in my reaction to the titanium! It should be required by law to test for an allergy before you put a metal in them forever!
Anyone willing to read my operation report is welcome to a copy of it! You should run from Dr. Wang!!!
I am nine months out of surgery. My disc was replaced and L2/L3 we're fused together. I am back to 80 percent. I highly recommend Dr. Wang to everyone I talk to. If on the other hand you are looking for someone to coddle you and be your friend there are other websites for that?
I came to Dr Wang when therapy and shots no longer worked, my spine was in rough shape, involving L3, 4, and 5. The pain was very severe involving my lower back, hips, legs and feet. Doing the tests for surgery were very painful. Every step of the way the staff and Dr Wang were caring and helpful answering all my questions and getting me a date for surgery as soon as possible. I could not walk by the time of surgery due to the pain, they even had to give me something so I could lay flat to go in for surgery the pain was so bad, that's how special they were and understanding. I want you to know when I woke up from surgery the only pain I had was from the surgery which was nothing compared to what I had before surgery. For me it was like a miracle and I have done my therapy since and am doing well and so happy to be able to resume most of the activities I did before my surgery. I find Dr Wang to always listen to me and his staff to be great and caring. I know spine surgery is delicate and not always as successful as mine but I don't regret having it done knowing all the possible outcomes and am so grateful for NH Neurospine and the service they gave me.
Beyond thankful for Dr. Wang.
I had a three level disc removal and replacement by Dr. Wang and have had trouble with the incision area which he dismissed as nothing to do with the surgery. Wrong! Seven months after surgery I still cannot tip my head down while bending. This was not a prior condition!!!! My diagnosis included spinal stenosis which has returned causing the need for a second opinion. I did not feel as Dr. Wang took my situation seriously and will not be seeing him again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
